Customer service is bad! I've dealt with them a couple times and nothing ever got resolved. So time consuming to get damaged items replaced. If you do need to return one item, return shipping costs almost just as much as the original item. If you do buy and are not satisfied with your item, don't plan on anything being done about it!

You mention that the colors didn’t match on your merchandise. I know that can be very frustrating, and I wish I knew which exactly which garments you have this trouble with so that I could delve into this further and find a satisfactory solution for you. Fabric composition is very important in color matching, as different materials absorb dyes differently. For this reason, we always recommend choosing items from the same brand and from the same line (that is, made from the exact same material) so that the colors will match precisely. Garments with different fabric make-ups may very well not match even if they have the same color name.

We do strive to make merchandise returns and exchanges as hassle-free as possible. As mentioned on our return form, if you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return shipping label included in your package, a fee of $8.99 will generally be deducted from the amount of credit you receive for the garments you return. Use of this label is optional, but we recommend it as it guarantees that the shipment is trackable and insured—something which can be important if the package should go astray on its way back to us. Of course, we are always happy to waive that return shipping fee if you need to return an item due to a mistake on our end.

When returning just one or two inexpensive items for refund or exchange, many of our customers opt not to use the label we provide but to ship the item back via an alternate carrier such as the U.S. Postal Service. This can more cost effective, though the package may not be insured and trackable. We are happy to process returns and exchanges that reach us by any carrier.

I apologize for the less-than-perfect experiences that you have had with us. I look forward to hearing from you so that I can research this further and, more importantly, get you the scrubs you need as soon as possible. Your satisfaction is very important to Uniform Advantage.

I have been a loyal customer for almost 8 years buying new scrubs atleast 4-5 times every year atleast 4-6 sets each time. I love their product, however it is never an incentive, their thank you for shopping replies are always free shipping with a purchase of $99 or more. There is never any other promotions especially for their loyal customers. I have multiple orders and receipts. It would be nice. If every so often. There is a coupon worth using.

I ordered 3 scrub tops and when they arrived the material was so stiff and rough. I washed them hoping that was the issue. Nope! Everything sticks to them, the material isn't great AND the sizing is off. I followed their size guide and 3 were too big.
I let the company know and they did nothing to help me.
Will not buy again.

My first time to place an order. I got too excited and ordered three sets of scrubs only to find out that the pants runs big. I called them right aware to modify my order. Rep answers but help is non-existent! They can't help me modify or cancel my order! I have to wait for the stuff and return and pay for the shipping! What the heck is this company! Reps are there just to answer the phone and say hello. That's literally it, and they are rude!

In order to ensure that your merchandise is shipped to you as quickly as possible, our automated system begins processing your order immediately after it is submitted. As we all know, it can sometimes be a challenge to find the right fit for clothes purchased online. We carry a vast array of garments from our own Uniform Advantage brands as well as from many other national brands, and sizing can vary widely from one item to the next. Even within a single brand, sizes are not necessarily uniform from one line to another (as fabric composition varies), or even from garment to garment in the same line, due to the particular cut and style.

For this reason, every garment that we sell has its own Size Chart & Fit Guide right on the item page of our website. This chart indicates the actual body measurements that correspond to each size, and it’s intended to help our valued customers make better-informed choices on what size to order. We recommend consulting the Size Chart & Fit Guide for every garment prior to submitting your purchase.

I ordered a jacket, two scrub pants and two scrub tops. It came to over $192.00. This place is not cheap. They sent me the wrong size pants and the wrong size tops. I wanted the "slim fit" in the pants and the regular fit in the tops. They made a mistake and sent me "slim fit" tops and regular fit pants. I contacted customer service and told them about the sizing mistake. I sent back the tops expecting regular fit tops. Again, they sent me the exact same wrong size tops - "slim fit." I do not want "slim fit" tops! How much clearer can I make this? Not only did they send me the same exact wrong size back, they charged me an additional $9.62 for postage to cover the so called "return." I strongly urge you to spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I will no longer do business with this so called company.

I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs with embroidered tops on February 3rd, 2021. I kept checking the tracking information and it said BeingProcessed forever. Then, on February 28th I got a text message from Discover saying my card was charged again by Uniform Advantage. I was told my original order would arrive by February 15th and here it is March 1st. I contacted UA today via the chat and was told my order had a processing issue and did not process until yesterday, and now my scrubs won't arrive for another 15-17 days! I started my job on the 8th of February and I still am wearing street clothes because of how much this company sucks. Never ordering from UA again. I am extremely disappointed and the customer service is unacceptable.

Please be assured that your card was only charged once for this order. We charge only when the order ships from our warehouse. The activity you saw on your card statement right after your order was first placed and then again on 02/28 was simply an authorization to verify that the funds were available. Once the order shipped and was actually charged, any authorizations still showing automatically fall off the card within a few business days.

It seems that the delay in your order happened after you had requested the originally-ordered embroidery to be slightly modified. As a general rule, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed; in your case, we were able to honor your modification request, but the order was unfortunately delayed as a result.

I do want to offer a sincere apology for our not having kept you adequately apprised of your order status. I can only imagine your frustration with eagerly awaiting garments that you need for a new job but not knowing when they will arrive. I didn't plan on giving ANY stars for this review but had to add "1" in order for my review to be accepted. I have been a loyal customer and spent $572 this past weekend on scrubs and shoes. I live in Wisconsin. I happened to check my account yesterday only to find out that right after my online purchase, there were charges on my card for Miami and Fort Lauderdale (roughly 45 miles apart) which occurred after my purchase with UA, also located in Fort Lauderdale. I had to spend the morning with the Fraud division with Chase and then 3 phone calls to UA as I was hung up on twice and then held for over 40 minutes to get to an "online manager". The "young" man I spoke with stated he would "send out an email" regarding the event. He furthermore stated that their people "and even himself" don't have access to people's card numbers - only the last 6 numbers. I told him respectfully that this may be the case but ultimately, a purchase could NOT take place with my bank, Chase, without FULL disclosure of my numbers on my card and as a result, there is a leak in the system and they have a thief in their midst. He then stated if they figure out who it is, they wouldn't be able to divulge the identity. I understand this may be the case but personally, as an educated individual in a professional role who has spent "considerable" money on their products I felt my concerns will not be addressed nor were they taken seriously on the part of Uniform Advantage. With a company this large
And their clientele, I would have expected better. As well, I am smart enough to know that I am not the ONLY one who has fallen victim to this problem, particularly in the world of COVID. Very disappointed! BUY AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE!

Thank you for being a loyal, consistent customer of Uniform Advantage during the past few years. I was very distressed to hear that you have experienced fraudulent use of your credit or debit card; no one deserves to have that happen.

Being a victim of identity theft is one of the most stressful experiences one can have, and I can only imagine your extreme anxiety as you spent that day on the phone with your bank and with us. Please accept a sincere apology; it sounds like our customer agents were not able to adequately express their deep concern as you detailed this occurrence. I am genuinely sorry that, even after having spoken to one of our supervisors, you got the impression that your issue would not be taken seriously.

Uniform Advantage’s commitment to safe, secure, honest business dealings is wholehearted and absolute. All of our teams take very seriously the security of your card information. Uniform Advantage is “PCI compliant,” which means that we strictly adhere to the high-level security standards set down by the payment card industry to carefully guard cardholder data throughout the transaction process.

Your particular order was placed directly online, which means that no person in our company ever saw your card number. The invoice that was printed in our distribution center when fulfilling your order does not contain any bank card information; this invoice, used when picking your merchandise, was the only contact which any of our personnel had with your order.

This is such a grave matter, however, that we investigated further and followed up with you directly with an email from our Loss Prevention department. We found that this was an isolated incident, which could very well mean that someone may have accessed the card information from your computer or intercepted the data between your computer and our robust firewalls.

In that email to you, our loss prevention expert recommended that you run a thorough, aggressive search with the anti-virus software on your computer; if you have not yet done so, please do that right away in order to protect yourself and others from similar occurrences.

I am so very sorry for the any economic loss you may have ultimately sustained from the unauthorized use of your card, but I even more saddened by the emotional toll this has taken. Credit card fraud is a very serious and very destructive offense. Uniform Advantage will continue to be vigilant in the use of our customers’ information and in our goal to be ever on the cutting edge of data integrity safeguards.

I' ve placed my first order on 10.01.2021 which it was supposed to arrive around 05.02.2021. By now, I haven' t received my items or updates of my order status. I emailed them many times and... no answer.

We bill for merchandise only once the order ships. If you saw the full amount appear on your card statement right after you placed your order, please note this wasn’t an actual charge. It was simply an authorization to verify that the funds are available. When the order physically leaves our warehouse, we apply the actual charge to the card, and the authorization clears (disappears) in a few business days.

Customer service doesn't exist

I've been very patient with this company. Long story short I ordered clothes from UA by accident for work. The second I received them I returned them. This was around early December. It's February now and I have not received my refund. I emailed them again... they told me to wait 24-48 hrs so I did. I gave them 10 days and still no reply. They even charged me for shipping $8.99

I called the Sacramento store 34 times and the employees knew little of what was on the website and were also very rude and never called me back. I will never frequent the store again. I have to buy online and free shipping is not a good promo for the amount I buy. It should be a given. The cute patterns, colors and styles and petite items are only available in XS, S, M. Rarely do people who are PXL get a good selection. Toggle between Regular and Petite sizes and you'll see.

Fulfillment is extremely slow. I still haven't received my clothing and it's been over 2 weeks now. Not happy.

Sad and undecided

I love the quality and the process is easy. I enjoyed my first purchase so much I decided to keep ordering. I don't like that I pay so much extra for next day shipping and still wait as if I paid for regular shipping. I also didn't like that when I spoke to customer service about the situation twice I was told it was sent but still waited longer. I probably won't order again still undecided.

I love the uniforms, Most. Companies like Harriet carter and carol wright are doing buy now pay later deal. I send them them a minimum every month. I wish you would do the same. Would you consider it.

Overall terrible experience

I needed light gray scrubs for work and found the bottoms I wanted to buy. I added it to the cart and a couple tops popped up as recommended to "finish the look" so I picked one and added it. When they came, they were two different colors and I went to return them. When I asked to be refunded for the shipping charges since it wasn't a mistake on my end, but there's, I was told I couldn't be refunded for the initial shipping which was $10. You can see how frustrating this is. So be careful when buying scrubs from here.

It is our goal to delight the customer on each purchase, but you were understandably less than delighted when you received your order, as the pieces that you had intended to wear as a set did not match. We are generally very proud of our web site, which suggests items to complete a “look” or set of scrubs in the same fabric and color. (Fabric composition is very for important when matching colors, as different materials absorb the dye differently.) I wish I knew which exactly which garments were involved here so that we could delve into this further.
