I have always had a positive experience when ordering scrubs. I get them fairly quickly. They fit, and are stylish.
We have had no problems with Uniform Advantage thus far. We ordered several scrub tops. There was one we didn't care for much as far as fit (ran way big). We sent them back last week, so we will see if there are any complications. They do tend to run bigger than the size. We love the rest of them!
This company is nonsense PLEASE! PLEASE! Save your hard earned money my order NEVER! Came on time. And was changed without my knowledge. My order came a month later. The rep or operator claimed it was because one of the scrub tunic top i ordered ran out of my sized which they took it upon themselves to switch my entire 19 item order to XL completely when i specifically told her to ONlLY! Change the size from L to XL for that particular Caribbean green scrub top their company ran out of and NEVER informed me or gave me another option. This company constantly gave me the run around and a bunch of excuses about my order being shipped on time Now i have to return the entire order to UA for a complete refund of my money. This was definitely NOT what i expected as a 1st and last time buyer.
The tops I received were not "butter soft". Cheap wrinkled cotton about 5 sizes too big. I'm a sewer, so I took the top apart and cut it way down to size. Still crappy material. Looks bad. Throwing the whole order out.

Your description of the issue makes me wonder if you received a larger size that was accidentally mislabeled at the manufacturing plant. If you prefer a softer fabric that also washes well, I suggest our Butter Soft Stretch or Easy Stretch Collections. For a more form fitting top take a look at Butter Soft Stretch Styles#BSS452, BSS979 and BSS484 or Easy Stretch by Butter Soft Styles# BU543 and BU635.

I really like the products I ordered & the ones I didn't care for I exchanged for more of the ones I love. Only complaint is shipping charges. Guess I'm used to amazon prime.
I ordered mediums and let's just say it's more extra larges. Also I have to pay to send their crap back now. And it took almost 3 weeks to arrive. Won't ever order again from here. Material is stiff as a board too.

The scrubs are great Material and comfortable.
However, when I order and put the code In for free shipping it doesn't take, I still have to pay the shipping fee.
My overall rating for this company would be a 5 start as far as products.

I wear a medium almost universally, in any brand, except Uniform Advantage. It's very frustrating. There is no clear description of the different cuts/ styles to distinguish between the different tops, so I have one medium top that fits, and one(medium)that fits like a sack. Add to this the cost of shipping for the returns and I will probably not order anymore Uniform Advantage brand tops. Too much hassle.
Hi Charity, I can appreciate your frustration with the difference in size of garments based on their cut. I struggle with it too when I shop for clothing online with my favorite retailers. If I had to take a guess, you ordered one of our styles that starts with PC; those are somewhat square in cut and run on the large side for folks who like their tops roomy. I spent $140. The pants were extremely short even though I ordered my usual size. I tried to exchange them but I realized that I have to pay $8.99 for exchange. It sounds ridiculous to me because it wasn't returning them. It wasn't my fault the pants were made to short. I called customer service twice because first person hung up on me. Bolth of them were very rude. They said it is compony policy and I have to pay even though I'm exchanging an item. I have never heard anything like that. I surprised how that company still have their customers. It is a ripped off specially the time we leave in.

I have used Uniform Advantage for about 5 years now and I have become a loyal customer. Their products are consistently good quality and I have yet to run into sizing issues of any kind. When I have had to make a return (for a fellow employee) the return process was easy.
I always get a lot of compliments on my patterned scrubs, and many people ask where I get my scrubs from. So all in all, I will continue to order from UA!
My husband has to wear a certain color scrubs and he has a long torso and short legs. Uniform advantage has the option to order tall shirts and short pants which works out fantastic for him! They're so hard to find other places!
As the front desk receptionist in a small chiropractic office, I recently switched to scrubs from office attire. As a plus sized woman I was a bit nervous of this change, as scrubs are notoriously snug and don't leave a lot of room for movement, however this company has proven me wrong! Everything I've ordered has fit perfectly and all of my patients love my new attire! I definitely recommend Uniform Advantage.
Ua's product is by far the best in style and durability. I typically no not like baggy scrubs and their brand is awesome!
Sizing is my issue. I have a 32" waist which puts me in a medium. The small is great. Love the belt loops and the styling.

I put the uniform on the other morning and directly took it back off... the fabric doesn't move with you... I wear and XL and this fits like Large... if it wasn't for the monogram I would return the product..
