I couldn't wait to get my scrubs delivered. They are really cute, I love that they have long sleeve scrubs and hooded scrubs. When I tried them on they completely swallowed me. They are huge, and I got the size I've always worn in scrubs. Now seeing that I have to pay to do an exchange when I've already paid for shipping is absolutely ridiculous.
The scrubs I received is not the same as they showed on the online picture. The scrubs pockets are not good, anything will fall out of the pockets. The shirt is too loose. The shirt texture is plastic and not good. I will never buy from Uniform advantage anymore. Also I will not recommend anyone to buy from Uniform advantage.

I received my order and 4 days later many items went on sale. It was approximately 40$ for a 500$ order. I called them thinking they would do a price adjustment instead of having to return and reorder but was told their policy is only for 24 hours. I wouldn't have even received my items in that timeframe. I just can't believe they would rather me return the items and have to have them restocked and then send me new items instead of just price adjusting. Poor customer service and we all know that all of of us healthcare workers are held to high standards when it comes to patient satisfaction. I just wish uniform advantage was held to similar standards. SMH!

I Would give them a BIG FAT O! I shopped for the first time with is company It was estimated that my items would ship in a week, up until three weeks after, still didn't receive, the items, I kept calling, one agent says it ships them and email later followed stating items were not in stock, I ordered six items. Some of my items were in fact in stock but I have not received any items, spoke to corporate customer service, she had no idea how to take care of an unhappy customer, I ended up having to bye uniform to start my job, So I can't comment on the quality of the products I purchased. But I can say that customer service and the shipping department could communicate better with customers, still waiting for my refund, I will never shop at a uniform advantage again. The stores are no better.

They double charge your card. 1st when order is placed then because you have embroidery which they charged me 138.00 for 2 shirts just for the embroidery. Then they will charge your card again on the day that you approve it.
They tell you o the 1st charge is pre auth it doesnt go through o yes it does my order was a little over 400.00 got charges 2x so 800.00 Then they tell you o you have to wait 7-10 days for the one charge to drop off. So make sure you have money in your account if you are going with them. This will be the last time I order from them period!

I rate this company as 1 because 0 is not possible. I wish I would have done the search prior to placing the order. I order on 8/8/17. The site tracking is useless. So I contact customer service. I am told the shippment is mailed out that day which was 8/11/17. The package never arrived I go to the site now it says on my order history the transaction never happened. Seriously?!?!
They handled my business very well. They measured how long my scrub skirt was going to be, and when I received it I had a very good idea of what I was going to get. It was the same length and the size was also appropriate to their descriptions. I was pleased with it though I think that their expedited shipping is too much. I had to have my scrubs within a few days, so I always used it, but wish I hadn't. Reasonably priced, other than the extra shipping. Would buy from again.
It's been very hard for me to find scrubs that actually fit. With uniform advantage I've had that opportunity! Wide range of sizes, colors, fits and brands. Size charts are really helpful and true to size! Not to mention they have a wide range of scrubs on sale and many discounts aswell. I was surprised when I received my order because it fit me really well and it was super comfy! I ordered from Cherokee and the fabric, the color and the fit were really accurate. Loved the experience! UNIFORM ADVANTAGE IS DEFINITELY A SAFE SHOP.
The scrubs themselves are fine. They're fairly comfortable and the colors are cute. I've had a hard time finding the right size. I ordered five sets of scrubs in a size large. They were a little big, but not so big that I was sure that a medium wouldn't be too small. So, I ordered 5 sets in a medium. I didn't want to exchange because I wasn't sure I wouldn't want to keep the large after I'd tried on both. It turns out the medium fit better, but now I have to pay $11 to return the large sets. I'm in the same boat with the mediums. I ordered petite length. They are slightly too short. I'd like to try mediums in regular length to see if that looks better, but I don't want to exchange all of them only to decide the regular length is too long and looks worse. However, if I order new pants so I can compare, I'll have to pay to return the pants I decide not to keep. Likewise, I may have to pay to ship and to return them because I don't remember the threshold for free shipping to start with. Anyway, in the end, I'm having to pay this company for the opportunity to try on their items to the tune of at least $22, if not more. That's absurd. I won't purchase from UA again and I won't recommend them. Companies who market online need to understand the importance of free and easy returns.

I ordered based on the sizing chart provided. Measurements were taken and the sizing is way off. Order a size down at least. I was charged for shipping when I ordered... about $8. I ended up returning because of sizing and they charged me for a return label $8.99... then they are sending a replacement order for the appropriate sizes and I'm getting charged for shipping again. Shady! $8.99 X 3 (transactions for shipping) FOR A TSHIRT AND SCRUB PANTS? Please... I won't be ordering again. The shipping charges far exceed the amount of the whole order. I'd order elsewhere.

I purchased a total of 6 pieces of Butter-Soft-Strech. Quality of the pieces are not as described, nor are they "to fit". They are vey thick & definitely not stretch fabric! I wear scrubs everyday for 25 years, ordered my normal size that I wear daily & these swallowed me! I go to return & reorder in Greys Anatomy brand to find I have to pay for my own shipping because I have more than 5 pieces which was not communicated ANYWHERE including my receipt with purchase. After completing my refund, I will be refunded $11.00 less than my payment for purchase as well as the cost to return items via insured mail (not sure of that cost yet). I will be purchasing my Greys Anatomy elsewhere & will never use this company nor refer co-workers to this company!

What a JOKE! Ordered a jacket that came 2 weeks late and it wasn't at all what it was described as. Cost 20.00, withbtax and shipping, 32.00. To return it was 8.99 plus the packaging was 7.00, so I ended up paying 16.00 for shipping- therefore I'm only getting 16.00 back for something I don't get to keep. What a f--king joke scam.
Started a new job purchased quite a few new pieces from this company uniform advantage was very happy until I received the wrong item customer service was willing to replace the item but told me that I would be not be charged of course not I already paid for the item I ordered two shirts I received a shirt and a pair of pants. I really like this company but how they handled the return not so cool I even asked for a coupon maybe for my next purchase since I've spent over $500 so I might just have to look for a new company a simple mistake turned into a very unhappy customer
I ordered a top and bottom And it wasn't what I ordered. Actually it was a bigger size than what I ordered. These people put a particular sizing tag on these items that were not right. I returned the items and explained to them that whoever did that is deceiving their customers. I was told I was going to get my refund on a particular date. Three weeks past and still no refund. Then they tell me another week and a half! So I told them I was going to report them for fraud. Their tunes changed and tried to charge me a partial of the amount of paid for the items. I told them I wanted all of my money. She explained 10% off next time I order and I told her I will never order from them again and if I don't get all of my money, I will be reporting them as fraud. Long story short, I ended up going through my bank! These people are scammers! Beware!
Overall I am pleased with my scrubs but I wish your sizing was more consistent. I have scrubs that are xlarge, large, and medium and they ALL fit and are all the UA brand! I have had to return items several lately due to fit. Even though I check measurements they still don't fit.
I love the way my scrub feels and where them everyday there so I feel comfortable and I enjoyed them so much I would suggest uniform advantage to my next colleague I love my uniforms and I love the way they fit in feel. In their cheaper than at the uniform store.
The UA butter soft line is the BEST collection of scrubs I own, even compared to the higher end popular brands out there. They're also super affordable and the range of colours is so much better than any other line of scrubs.
I have been a big customer to this company however this is now the second time I have had no product show up when I paid almost $300 dollars. My track number shows no updates, not out nothing! I have been trying to get ahold of someone and the email is down, live chat is out and the phone number I had to leave my number. Im so upset and won't be back! First time shame on me second time shame on them!

I recently placed an order, according to the size charts I would need a medium top. I ordered 6 tops and 3 pants. The pants fit fine but the tops were all way too large except one. One was like an XL, one was like an XL and almost down to my knees, the rest fit like larges. I guess my experience was not pleasing.

Without knowing exactly what products you purchased, I’m unable to go into specifics about those items, but it is common for garments from different brands—or even just different lines in the same brand—to fit differently according to the cut and even the fabric used in their manufacture.
