Jumped on the cinco de mayo special and placed orders for uniforms and discounted bag. 2 weeks pass and nothing. Reached out three times to customer service, they were polite, to finally get my order. So, my last conversation was 6/14 (remember my order was from 5/5), they were finally able to put my order together and since there were no more of the bag that I ordered at a discount, they sold me an equivalent bag at full price. Seriously? Not my fault you messed up my order. But, whatever. At least I'm getting my order.
THEN! They informed me my order would arrive by 6/16, the 18th at the latest.
My order didn't come until 6/23rd. Will NEVER order from UA again.
I am in need of new scrubs for work so I ordered some from here on 12/9. They didn't ship until the 19th and I am not expected to get them until the 28th. Save a buck on shipping lose a customer for life.
I returned an item that was to small and reordered a larger size but never received it. Need to return another item and reorde it in a smaller size but afraid I won't receive it in time to wear it for the holidays.
I ordered 2 tops and 2 pairs of pants from here. I received 3 tops not in the size I ordered and one pair of pants. Then when I returned the items I only got a refund for 3 items as they said I didn't return the 2nd pair of pant which I never received. I will not order for this company again.

I inquired, via chat, about my order. My order was still processing according to the "track my order" on their site. The site advised that my order was being shipped on Monday, I inquired on Tuesday as to why it still showed processing. I was told that one item was on backorder and they did not know when it would be available. I told them I was never informed of this. I asked that they ship what was available. That was 2 days ago and it still shows processing! I was told they would release the order the next day.

The manager of the store in front of the Baptista hospital at US 1 helped me this morning and she was really helpful and nice. It was my first time buying medical scrubs and I was unsure about the size and model. She showed me everything she had available in the color I needed and I am very happy with the one I bought.
I am very thankful for her patience and attention.
I was sceptical at first after I read the reviews and placed my order wanted a full refund but I have them a chance and they fit very well the waist is nice and thick not bad at all for the price and shipping was exceptionally good I have made a second purchase from them trying their jackets let's see how that goes I would recommend this site to friends
If you live in Australia don't bothere with this company, $50 extra on your order for delivery and it's been 1 month and they still haven't delivered it. I tracked the parcel and it was attempted delivery 2 weeks ago apparently but the time on it was between business hours where we had the practice open and was definitely not attempted to be delivered. I contacted the company and they told me it was the delivery company in Australia's fault and that was it. Ummmmmm seriously, they could follow it up for me and call the delivery company, I did pay you $50 for delivery. Customer service here is terrible and I won't be buying from here again.

Stay far away from UA scrubs. Their standard shipping charges will cost you more than a pair of pants. Their UA brand scrubs are no where near standard sizes. I ordered a medium set of mens scrubs and got what seems like an XL. The pants and shirt were extremely baggy and 44 inches long. Not only that, but they will charge you the same shipping cost to return the items. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN
I have had the best luck with every purchase of scrubs I have bought from UA and as a vet tech that constantly has to retire my scrubs I need them by the boat load and UA always has my back. I never pay too much and there's always a sale.
Material is horrible. Overall fit is a no where close to any semblance of human shape unless you are sponge bob square pants. Paid express UPS and it took 19 days to arrive.

With this uniform I feel very comfortable, it is light, fresh and does not need ironing.
If you like a tight fit, I recommend ordering one size less than your measurements.

I've been buying UA scrubs for 8 years now and don't want anything else! They are comfortable and keep vibrant colors after being washed. I recommend UA to all health care workers
How did I not know about UniformAdvantage.com before 2021? I've been working in the medical field since 2006 and have sadly relied on a couple stores that sold some not so great brands of scrubs with little variety and forget about actually fitting correctly! UA not only houses all the top brands of scrubs but I can get my pants in petite! No more dragging and ruining my pants within a month! The price stays the same wether you need regular, long or petite length! Their website is so easy to shop on. It is highly organized. So if you're looking for printed tops or solid colors, a certain brand or sale items only you just click on the menu and hit that category. There is also a search bar for more specific searches like for instance if you only want to see " black scrub pants". The biggest and best part of shopping with UA online or using their catalog is that they always have a 20-30% off regular priced items sale going on. One time it might be solid scrubs or sets. And I always get the newest catalog delivered within my order!

I just received my order. The sizing of the items was all over the place, but with one thing in common - all were unflattering - similar to a bag or tarp. I can see my underwear through the fabric. These are the "butter soft stretch". The fabric also feels like microfiber - it catches on the skin of my fingers. So I want to return, but the return label is only for 5 items or less. I have to bring the box to the UPS and pay standard shipping rates. That's $20. I'm still going to return the items because I dislike them so much that I'll pay $20 so that I don't have to see them. I'm not going to shop here again.
I have two pairs of scrubs from UA (Butter Soft and Skechers) and they are amazing! So much more affordable than other companies and arguably more comfortable as well. I'm a loyal customer for sure!
