Very inconsistent sizing leads me to having to return items I paid to get shipped to me and then have to pay to return as well. I used to have better luck with everything fitting the same. Quality of materials seem inferior now as well. I will think twice before ordering again.
I live close to the ua store but they no longer carry the scrubs my office wears. So had to order. When i got the scrubs the too didnt fit the same even though i have the same one just different color. Ua wanted to charge me shipping BOTH ways to exchange for a different size. I don't think we will order through UA again.
I have purchased uniforms from other companies before, but UA Uniforms are the best. I get a good quality product in a timely manner. When I have questions, I have no problem getting in contact with them.
I ordered a jacket, two scrub pants and two scrub tops. It came to over $192.00. This place is not cheap. They sent me the wrong size pants and the wrong size tops. I wanted the "slim fit" in the pants and the regular fit in the tops. They made a mistake and sent me "slim fit" tops and regular fit pants. I contacted customer service and told them about the sizing mistake. I sent back the tops expecting regular fit tops. Again, they sent me the exact same wrong size tops - "slim fit." I do not want "slim fit" tops! How much clearer can I make this? Not only did they send me the same exact wrong size back, they charged me an additional $9.62 for postage to cover the so called "return." I strongly urge you to spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I will no longer do business with this so called company.
I thought this is going to be my go to scrub online store. I ordered top and bottom jogger set but they sent me 2 tops instead. Talked to costumer support and they billed me for the jogger and shipping to have it shipped asap while im returning the other top. Costumer support told me she will make a notation so i will not get billed for shipping. They sent me an email for refund and they again deducted return shipping from that refund. What a horrible company.

Customer service is great and uniform options are awesome. I would love smaller size options. The smallest size I find is usually XS and I would like more brands to make smaller sizes for health workers like me.
I ordered a pair of Align knit shoes and a pair of compression socks. I have been wearing them for a week, and I am so happy! The shoes are so comfortable, and have tons of room in the toe area! They are slip resistant, and work so well on that front. They are super cute and comfortable to wear for a full work day. They are also easy slip ons which are great for are great if you're in a rush. The socks are also super comfortable, and the compression works great! They are knee length which helps keep your legs warm if you are working in the cold Operating Rooms. Overall, I am so so happy with these shoes. They are definitely worth the price and are great quality. I highly recommend!
First of all, I love the material of this vest. However the previous style was much more functional and the fit was shorter. This vest came with a removeable hood and was longer. Why a hood on a uniform? Dumb. I needed a good vest, so I threw the hood away.

The customer service follow up is terrible. I have been trying to order a very large order with custom logo but after paying for the logo it is no where to be found on my profile and I have tried calling countless times at all different times and nobody seems to know how to upload my logo onto my items. It is very frustrating and nobody seems to know what to do and they all say that someone else will contact you and nothing happens. If time is valuable to you, then this may not be the retailer as I am finding out the hard way. They just give you the run around and they do not seem to care that they are wasting people's time. It's a complete joke. I suppose if you need to just make a quick click and purchase then it might be ok but for anything beyond that. Stay away.

Additional time may be needed if a physical, stitched sample needs to be mailed to you. I purchased uniform from uniform. They did not send me the style that l chose. They mailed me a cheap material with a different style. I returned it. They received it but refused to reimburse my money. I have the returned receipt and the tracking number that shows that they received it.

I needed light gray scrubs for work and found the bottoms I wanted to buy. I added it to the cart and a couple tops popped up as recommended to "finish the look" so I picked one and added it. When they came, they were two different colors and I went to return them. When I asked to be refunded for the shipping charges since it wasn't a mistake on my end, but there's, I was told I couldn't be refunded for the initial shipping which was $10. You can see how frustrating this is. So be careful when buying scrubs from here.

I ordered 2 tops one which I like the other I don't. I would like to return but the return policy is poor. The top is $16.99 and I'm being charged $8.99 to return. When returning just one or two relatively inexpensive items, as in your case, many of our customers opt not to use the label we provide but to ship the item back via an alternate carrier such as the U.S. Postal Service. My daughter ordered and received green butter soft scrub pants and printed green shirt scrub. Fit perfect. Ordered shipped early. She has ordered gray butter soft scrub pants. Has not received but shipping early. She loves UA.
Ordered from this website on 4th of Jan, paid 94USD for shipping as they said they offered courier. Goods worth about 240USD. Today 23 January, my order is still being processed. It has not shipped. I asked for a refund, and was told it had shipped, then i asked for tracking number and was then told, no, it has not shipped. After all the back and forth, i asked for a refund, they said they will get back to me in 48 hours. 5 days later, there is still no refund, i email again and was told to wait another 48 hours. They wont deliver, they wont refund!
