I placed my 1st (and last) order on July 21st. According to the website, all in-stock orders that do not require embroidery ship within 24 hours. I thought, great, that means I will have them in plenty of time before my new job starts. I placed my order 1 MONTH before my job started, just in case I got the sizing wrong and would need time to return them. Two days after I placed my order, I noticed the order was still open and the items had not shipped. Curious, I contacted customer service to see if there was a problem with my order. I was told that it was unusual for a delay and to give them 24 hours to resolve the issue. Another 48 hours pass and the status of my order is still the same. I contact customer service again. I am given the same exact answer as before. I wait another 48 hours and finally ask for a supervisor, who was supposedly named Steve. He assured me that he was personally going to make sure that my order would ship the next day and he would also personally email me with my tracking number. I finally felt like I was getting somewhere. Lo and behold, I check the status of my order this afternoon, still the same status. I contact customer service again and am told the same thing again. I am not sure why their customer service has been so horrible with my order when there are a lot of positive reviews. I urge anyone thinking of ordering from them to proceed with caution. I hope no one has to go through what I did.
I've been in the veterinarian field for 12 years now and I love the variety of animal print tops UA has. Over the years, my coworkers and I would place large orders during free shipping promotions.
Got my sketcher scrubs love them. Super comfy love the way they move with me not restricting at all they wear well no pilling. They are light weight if you get cold easily they are thin.
I like the scrub options and all of the available colors, but it should not cost $60 to next-day ship items. If there is a return, a portion of the shipping should be returned as well.
This is my go to store for all my scrubs, badge reels, socks, and bags where I can keep my supplies organized. The staff are always so friendly and willing to help
I have ordered 3 times in the last month from this company. It's easy to order, received my order within days and the scrubs are my favorite. I guess that's why I've ordered 3 times. Lol
I've worked in housekeeping for 3 years, all my scrubs are from UA and I love how they have held up through all the cleaning chemicals and multiple washes. As you can imagine, I work quite hard and have to bend down and be in awkward positions at times due to my job. These scrubs do not rip, they do not tear, they are comfortable and movable. I love the color and print options, and it's great UA has other brands you can choose from that aren't easily accessible where I live. I'm a bigger woman, the plus sizes actually fit how they're supposed to and the cherry on top is all the petite options for pants. My favorite has to be the UA cargo joggers, they're comfortable and I don't have to worry about getting bleach on the bottom of them. Plus there's always something on sale! I tell all my coworkers about this website and I'm told constantly how adorable and nice my scrubs look. If you're plus size and on the fence about purchasing, this is a 3x woman telling you that You. Will. Not. Regret. It.
I found a pair of scrubs in the store that I loved, but they didn't have my color. UA not only had my size and color, but was about $10 cheaper than another online store.

I received my order sooner than expected. I ordered 2 appliqued scrub tops in deep rich colors. However, they ended up being pastel and dingy colored. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.
I love the different selection of scrubs ua has. They are cute and great price. I also buy my daughters school uniforms here and they even embroidered them the first day.

Without the specifics of your order, I’m not sure if you purchased the same style you have worn for years or one that was new to you. If it was the same style as always, please be aware that our garment measurements are reviewed and updated every few years, so the size previously purchased may not fit the same as your new item. If you have ordered a style that you have not worn before, the fit will be affected by the cut of the garment. We always recommend checking the Size Chart & Fit Guide provided on the web page for each individual garment before finalizing an order.

Very satisfied with the quality of the suit. Also very fast delivery. Compared to the rest of the garment, this garment gives a feeling of comfort and confidence.
Went by their size chart and the clothes that came were ridiculously big! The material felt like it would give you a rash by the end of the day. Had to pay $13.00 to ship it back! What a joke
