Good website I liked free shipping, the hair could be softer I'm unsure if it will tangle later, I'm concerned it might. Kinky straight hair is tricky like that. Well constructed wig though and good for the price if the hair lasts. I'll have to update on that

Trying to figure out how to make it work for the size of my head. The additional strap is a plus but not sure where to place it. As for glueless it is not. That's why there is glue type. Other then that wig is nice and light.
I purchased the wig in Oct 2024 and was putting it on in November 2024. To my surprise the wig was practically bald in the front. I disputed on affirm after making three payments on it. It took months to get results for my refund, which was denied. Unice has the product so they have my money plus the product. I'm stuck with nothing and this just isn't fair. They have texted me telling me that they reported the last payment as delinquent. I plan to see what else I can do to resolve this. I just thank sitejabber for allowing people like me who get the short end of the stick.
Ordering from you guys for three years and I love their hair and the quality and how the hairline looks so natural. I also love that if there's anything shipping related return or exchange, I have no problem with them.
I love their marketing they are relentless. However, what u received is not true to purchase. It says 16" but it looks 10-12" it's barely shoulder length. I thought the curly pattern was bigger. I would really like a longer wig. Not sure what happened to my other wig. It's thin also. The ones online look fuller.

Haven't received my order or credit from my last purchase 😕
I was a skeptic. The marketing, the communication - all of that was so grand I figured surely the hair must be just "ok" to possibly be able to supply quality to the thousands of people daily lol Oh but I was wrong. The hair quality and wig (overall) even impressed even my extremely skilled and picky hair stylist! THIS WIG IS PERFECTION.

I recently purchased a wig from UNICE, and although it hasn't arrived yet, I've been impressed with the ordering process so far. The website was easy to navigate, and customer service has been responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I'm looking forward to receiving my wig and seeing the quality for myself! This is the 2nd wig that I have purchased from Unice. After ordering from another company, it was stolen after it was delivered to my front door. I'm going on vacation and wanted to change up my look. So I had to order a new and decided to return to Unice. I messaged them and explained my situation. It arrived quickly and didn't get stolen. Customer support was very supportive and friendly.
I had a problem with my first order it did take some time for someone to get back to me but once they did get back to me the customer service was great they helped me and reassured me about everything the hair is super soft there is a slight smell so obviously you might want to wash it if you don't like the smell but other than that the wig is amazing I've been a customer for a couple of years now and don't get my wigs anywhere else but from UNice other than that they have amazing hair
The order took longer than expected but it arrived in a decent time frame.
Answer: 24 to 48 hours is what was said I have been waiting on the wig for 8 going on 9 days please let me know something please. This is my first order and is supposed to receive a surprise box. TY Dana Herman
