Very pretty, hair sheds a little and is very soft and looks like my natural hair. The hair melts perfectly. I love that it was packaged nicely came with razor, band, and pen.
No contact info didn't want the wig i had in stock, i didn't find that out until i contacted them inquiring abt the delivery. Advertised 48 hr delivery it took almost 8 days

I installed a straight 24 inch wig. Good hair the wig fits good hold good curl. Very impressed for the price didn't use any glue so absolutely glueless closure fit perfect
It took me opening up a claim with Klara to get them to send a return label after sending me the WRONG WIG. Initially I had no correspondence, no matter how many times I reached out.
The wig was NOTHING like I chose.
I was absolutely blown away! First lacefront wig an I didn't have to do anything to it but put it on my head, no bleaching, no plucking, just right out the box, ready to wear. AMAZING

I ordered a wig in November or even around late September last year and till now I have not received the wig. I messaged Unice Hair on Whatsapp to file a complaint, within 3 days after the package said "Delivered" but hadn't received it.
Nothing was resolved. I checked everywhere and kept doing so for about 2 weeks, while trying to contact them. They kept referring me back to Fedex, who referred me back to them. I purchased the wig under a payment installment and so I needed the installment to be put on pause to resolve the case. It's been months, the case has not been resolved, the payment was sent to collection and I have now asked them to cancel the installment, they say they cannot and are offering $30 for an item $230+ and has my Sezzle account locked because of this issue.
Terrible customer service, terrible customer support, terrible delivery service, terrible company.
I did not even get to review the wig, but I will never buy any wigs from Unice Hair.

My wigs have almost always been exactly as described. If it wasn't it was my mistake not theirs. It's Easy I love it! I play with the wigs and most of them I've had YEARS!
