I needed a item to dress my 12 months old child in for a party.
The website was easy to use and they seemed to have loads of items in stock with excellent delivery options and (handily for me) an option to collect from the warehouse.
On arrival to the warehouse which was easily found using the postcode I was geted by a member of staff who retrieved my waiting item for me, I was in the warehouse for less than a minute, seamless.
All of the orders arrived on time & I was kept informed by text message as to when my order would arrive.
All in all a great service was provided from the uk.millybridal.org. I definately recommend them.

I am so satisifed with my dress and the customer service. They sent me some emails and even called me to confirm the order information. So professional. The only thing is my dress came around 3 days later than the expected delivery time. I was worried because my prom is this Saturday. I did not know what to do if it did not arrive in time. The dress is so so beautiful. I love the shining beads and beautiful lace flowers. I just love everything of the dress.
I am 5 ft. 4 and ordered a Size 8. It fit me perfectly. Thanks so much for the amazing dress.

I ordered this dress for my daughter for her prom, it came about a week earlier than expected and it is beautiful. It fit her perfectly. In the end she decided on another we dress we ordered from Uk.millybridal.org but it was a difficult choice as BOTH dresses were amazing. They seem to be very high quality and true to size. We will definitely be back next year to order again. Just a tad long but with heels it was perfect. We bought the royal blue and it was so elegant. The detail on the dress is amazing for the price.

I read the reviews after I ordered my dress (clever I know). They were very mixed and I got worried that my dress was going to be bad quality. However, I thought there was a small possibility that it would turn out ok so I didn't cancel my order. It took a while to arrive but once it did... it was great! I was very lucky. I had contact with the vendor and they were friendly and informative. It didn't look exactly like the picture but was very similar with good sewing and material. It need to be adjusted slightly but for the price... well worth it at £100 including £20 postage and packaging. You need to be aware that it won't be the dress in the picture. I was extremely lucky. There are defo better websites to buy off which are less unreliable. Good luck!

As soon as I saw this dress I just knew that I had found the perfect gown to wear to my 18th birthday party. The dress arrived today and once I had unpacked it from the box I knew that I had made the right decision, this was confirmed when I put the dress on, I was instantly transformed from a prince into a beautiful princess! If anybody out there wants to feel just like Grace Kelly in one of those old movies then I would definitely recommend this gown to them. I ordered the dress in a standard size but it fits beautifully and could have been custom fit for me, I recommend going off the sizing given rather than your regular high street size. The material is of a very high quality with a lovely weight of satin used, the embroidery is particularly pretty with just the right amount of sparkle without being too over the top. The illusion neck is super cute with a very nice shape to the lace edging and the bodice is nicely cut and padded to give curves in all the right places, I'm not wearing any padding in the photos I have attached yet as you can see it still looks like I have boobs! The buttons up the back covering the zip is a nice touch and adds a little touch of class. I ordered the dress in blushing pink as I am wearing it to a party and not as a bride and the shade is delightful, not too pale but a lovely baby pink. The craftsmanship is second to none with no problems to report and the length is a perfect ankle length on me, I'm 5'8", just right for dancing and swishing across the dancefloor. I really don't want to take the dress off and I can hardly wait for my birthday party to see the results of this dress combined with a full makeover, I've got a beautiful pair of satin heels that I'm going to get dyed to match the exact shade of pink of my dress. Now that my gown has arrived it just makes me even more excited for my party and I know that I will definitely be shopping at Millybridal many more times in the future.

Received Daughters Prom Dress Monday, we were so disapointed the quality was awful, it was a lace dress and at the ends of the lace is white, which as you can imagine looks awful, the finish is terrible have now got to try and buy or hire a dress
Locally and wish we had done originaly but daughter loved the style of this dress.
Have emailed 4 tinmes and sent photos but still no reply. Not holding up much hope.

On top of the every reasonable and affordable price, the prom dress I bought from Uk.millybridal.org was the custom size, perfect fit, arrive on time and the customer service is great. They responded to my emails in a timely and professional manner. The team worked closely with me to ensure that everything is per order, they confirmed the details of size and length to make sure all is right. I am very impressed and satisfied. It's my first time to purchase a dress from this shop, and my dress was absolutely gorgeous. They have great customer service, they ask me to check the dress color and size, even the date I need to make sure everything is correct. Can't wait to wear my dress this evening. The dress came so much faster than expected. I bought my prom dress off of this website last year and was not disappointed so I decided to again this year. When I tried on the dress, it fit a little loosely, but I had already expected that. Will definitely buy from again!

I was worried because there was only less than three weeks for me to get my dress. I asked them if I could get my dress before my prom. They guaranteed a fast shipping. Then I got my dress in about 2 weeks. I just could not belive it. The dress is so beautiful. The dress looks perfect on me. I love the mermaid look. The only thing is the sexy v neck. The neckline is a bit too deep for me. However, I like the dress! It is the best dress I have ever seen.

I started to look online, reading reviews, etc. Chinese stores offer a lot of different products... but you never know what you get. Most of the review saying that it's usually 50/50, therefore we decided to try with uk.millybridal.org. Why they? I guess I choose them only because they had good reviews as well. We ordered 3 dresses. The whole communication process from start to finish was with a customer service representative - Ashley. All my answers were responding in a timely manner. Do not forget about the time difference! I got the dresses month later. I was surprised, that they came exactly as pictured, well made! I'm very happy with my purchase!

THESE DRESSES HAVE NEVER SEEN DESIGNER. THE QUALITY IS $#*!ING SHOCKING. BEEN RIPPED OFF 130 POUNDS FOR A DRESS THAT CAME WITHIN A MONTH AND LOOKED DISGUSTING. THE DRESS WAS ILL FITTING EVEN THOUGH I HAD PUT IN MY OWN SIZES THAT I WANTED. SHOCKING! I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR A REFUND AND ALL THEY DO IS SEND AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE SAYING A LOAD OF BOLLOCKS. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. $#*!ING BOLLOCKS.

Unfortunately need to return dress as daughter felt it was significantly different to that in the photos. Emailed them same evening we received the dress. Emailed twice again next day. Got what looked like an automated reply with a 'ticket number ' asking for reasons and photos. Sent this 2 days ago. Two further emails yesterday and no reply. I had my doubts about this company before I ordered but my daughter loved a dress on their website. Am hoping eventually to get a refund but they seem to make it difficult. Will update if service improves!

Do not risk spending any of your money with this seller, unless you are absolutely sure you will like it on you, as they will not give any refunds if they have sent the right size and colour you ordered. When I tried to return the dress I bought on the basis of the photo online, I was told their Returns Policy said that I had no right to a refund if they had sent what was asked for, even if it then did not suit. I searched through the relevant page on their website and could not find the statement that they claimed was there. So my advice would be keep well away from this seller and stick with a UK supplier that has to conform to the laws of distance selling, as this company clearly doesnt.
