My dress was shipped a few days before it was scheduled. It was well made and beautiful. My measurements fall between size 2 and 4 so I ordered size 4. After a bit of taken in at the top part, the fitting is fine. For color I chose grape. Grape in chiffon is a bit dull compare to satin but it is a nice color. I am short, 5 ft, so the dress is like tea length to me but I like it this way. This is my first buy from Milly Bridal and I am very happy with my purchase because the quality of the dress is good, it is true to size and is very flattering too. I have already placed my second order.

Received Daughters Prom Dress Monday, we were so disapointed the quality was awful, it was a lace dress and at the ends of the lace is white, which as you can imagine looks awful, the finish is terrible have now got to try and buy or hire a dress
Locally and wish we had done originaly but daughter loved the style of this dress.
Have emailed 4 tinmes and sent photos but still no reply. Not holding up much hope.

Hi, I would like to say thank you. I received the dress soon after I placed my order. The quality was excellent and looked so much like the pictures. The chiffon was soft, the V neckline was nice for me. The most important thing was that the sleeves fitted my so much. I love it. Thanks very much uk.millybridal.org.

This company is awful and a rip off. I bought a Prom Dress for my daughter. It was a standard size 12 and we were not asked for measurements. When it arrived the zip was badly fitted and the dress did not fit my daughter well.

Millybridal said we could not return the dress as it was made to measure. They sent photos of the dress showing it was fine before it was dispatched but it is impossible to tell if was the same dress. They asked us to send photos of the problems but then refused to let us return it anyway.

I am now considerably out of pocket with no way of getting my money back.

Do not use them.

The dress arrived on time, in excellent condition, and in the custom measurements that I ordered. MillyBridal made me a beautiful custom dress for an extremely reasonable price. I received this dress 14 days after placing the order, three days before the estimated shipping date. Needless to say, I was very impressed with the quick delivery. Like everyone else has mentioned, its a little scary to order clothing over the internet. I like to try on clothes first. However, I loved this dress so much that I decided to take the chance. Ive been looking for this style, tea length, ballgown, for a long time. It is beautiful with top notch workmanship. I ordered red. I didnt want black and was afraid pink would be too teenagerish. The polka dots have a velvety texture. I followed the directions on the how to measure video and ordered according to the size chart. The dress fits perfectly and has a very retro feel. However, I am 59 and think this dress would overwhelm someone who is petite.

So because I am so tall and fairly modest I can never find a dress that is long enough for me. This year for prom my mother went searching the internet for a modest but still cute dress. By happy accident we stumbled upon this dress. I instantly fell in love. My mother was still a little hesitant about ordering dress this close to prom but we went ahead and did anyway. We ordered in in a custom size and in the color Jade. It arrived about four week and a half later and is absolutely wonderful and it fit PERFECT. I love it and cannot wait to wear it to prom! :)

Lovely dress that looked perfect. The dress was nicely sewn with beautiful details in the front. The dress was sewn in more powerful fabric than what the picture showed without being negative. One slight negative was that the upper part of the back of the dress was slightly out of the body (neck edge). Perhaps it should have been sewn a small incision on each side of the zipper. Overall, I am very pleased with the dress. Definitely recommend :)
