I ordered some boots for my daughter at the weekend... how stupid was I! At the moment am just praying will receive the fake boots rather than nothing for my 58 quid. Have a tracking number etc but am really really panicking now... especially as they now have my card details.
As I have just discovered I am not the only one who has been scammed by these chinese c**ts - I first realised something was up when the order took longer than the guaranteed 7 days - when they eventually did arrive 17 days later I knew immediately they were fake and not even good fakes at that - what's worse they even had a hole in the inner lining. When I sent them a message to complain and request a full refund, I received a reply which was written incorrectly in English - I checked their return policy on their website and realised they had covered themselves of any legal responsibility. Lesson learnt - never to make the same mistake again!
My boots are fantastic! I love love love them! They arrived superfast and are fantastic quality! Im ordering another pair now!: 0) they are amazing xx
10/10 - tracking number & new pattern underneath-lovely soft suede & sheepskin lined-brilliant toasty warm feet for £60! Perfect!
The only haters are the ones who bought elsewhere and are gutted: 0) xxxxx
Well, where do i start... i was delighted when i found this web stie and they seemed very genuine. I ordered 2 pairs... then when the money came out of my bank (luckily credit card!) it was slightly different to the ammount they emailed and told me they charged me. After reading lots of reviews on the internet i am very concerned about receiving my order! The web site no longer seems to exist any more as i cannot access it and have not been able to for 4 days. I have emailed them telling them to cancel my order... however they emailed back (to my surprise!) and gave me a tracking number,... and i tracxked it and they are in plymouth depot... not too far away from me. However i am worried that if i open them and they don't fit (as i have read they are faulty and small sizes)... that i won't be able to return them. Any advice anyone?
Ok guys! So I ordered myself a pair of (yes fake) Uggs from this website. So I already new something was up with the website as it has no security/safe icons and pay pall icon etc but stupidly I only realised this after placing my order. So when no confirmation email popped through and no contact name/number/address was visible I began to panic. I then found loads of worrying claim issues/comments on various sites such as this with people stressing and worried regarding their order. I had a good experience with this website - I ordered them on a Monday they arrived on the Friday! I was chuffed. They cost me £63 (although the buggers said they were £61 - but oh well) they look genuine, feel comfy. If your skint then don't use this website, if u don't mind a gamble with £60-£70 then go for it. I am happy with my order :) Just remind yourselves that we all like a good fake and they are pretty damn good fakes. If you buy a fake Gucci bag from Portobello road you looking at £30-50 – so what's £60-£70 for boots that will last a few winters! Who wants to get mugged off by going to Selfridges and paying over double - most the clothes we wear are made in china! Stop stressing I'm sure your orders will arrive – don't forget china is a long plan ride for your boots:-)
I checked reviews of this site stupidly day after i ordered, so was very worried when i read reviews. I emailed company twice asking for money back and telling them i would refuse delivery, both emails were responded to very quickly saying not to worry and if i refused delivery they would refund me but i decided to take the chance and accepted delivery this morn (the 7th working day since i ordered) and i am over the moon with product don't know for sure if they are real but i can't tell difference. I was able to track my parcel from china till it arrived at my door only thing is the invoice said £63.99 and they took £67 from my account. Not sure if i'd take chance again but delighted
I ordered two pairs off Ugg boots at total cost of £130 7 days ago. I immediately became suspicious when the only e-mail I received was confirmation from PayPal to say my payment had gone through to Zhu Feiyu with a tracking no and receipt no, but no details of delivery or when the goods would be dispatched. I contacted ny bank, but because I paid be debit card I may not get my money back. I was advised to contact PayPal, who have directed me to a helpline at a cost of £29.99. The advice from them is if I don't receive the goods or they appear and are fake, they will pursue a claim for a refund. I am so dissapointed as these were a xmas present for my daughters. After reading the previous comments I am now confused as some people have received goods and some not at all and some extremely happy with their purchases. I just hope mine is the latter!
I ordered my ugg boots and was slightly worried because i read all your reviews after i had ordered them. At first i had recieved no tracking number so i was immediately concerned, but thankfully three days later my tracking number came up on the order form. It took about two weeks for the boots to arrive, yet when they did i was suprisingly happy with the outcome. I obviously don't think they are genuine, but they definately look exactly like the real thing! I don't know if it was just because i was lucky that i recieved them, but if you want cheap ugg boots, and don't mind taking a risk, then i would definately recommend this site. If you are willing to gamble 60 quid then go for it! Otherwise either order from www.uggsoflondon.com (same price, but a lot more reliable, everyone i know who has ordered from there has recieved their order) or buy the genuine article. Hope this has been of some help. X
This website is a scam - the are advertising ugg boot but the are actually fake boots from China - the will not refund you and can only be reached by email - your be lucky if you boots even arrive!
This is the s**test website ever.
Whoops! Have just come across this site and must retell my experience! I suppose I was duped in two ways as firstly a friend came back from Australia with genuine UGG boots purchased for just £60-00 (which after I had just paid £200 in Selfridges p***ed me off!)! Then this site came up on the advertising space on EBAY when I was searching that site for UGGS for my daughter. So I thought it was genuine and ordered given I thought UGGs were way overpriced in this country. The boots were £63.99 (£69 was taken from my account but its because of the exchange rate) and took 9 days to arrive. What can I say but they are absolutely perfect and according to my daughter feel the same as her old one's. I def wouldn't have ordered if I had read this site first but I am glad I did. As genuine UGG Tall boots are made in China I think these are good value.
I stupidly ordered a pair of boots from this site. They took 3 weeks to arrive. They are obviously fakes - not suede and not sheepskin. I called my bank as I had paid with their Visa card. They said they would immediately credit my account with the money, and look into it. I wrote to the company and said I was very disappointed, I didn't want the boots and I was certainly not going to pay to send them back. If they wanted them back, then they were to send me the cost of the postage. There started a week of them refusing to do that, and me refusing to post them back (secure in the knowledge that Visa had refunded me the money).
Two months on, the boots are still in their box and I never heard another word from the company. I would always recommend paying with Visa because they do have some responsibility in the transaction.
After ordering the Ugg boots and then reading these reviews, I was verry woorried, and so when the ugg boots arrived I refused to sign for them and so they have been sent back. I am now however worried that ive lost my money? Aaah! Can anyone please help?
This website is a huge disappoint!
I ordered mine on the 14th of January ( thurs)
Its been more than a week and I have heard nothing from them
No confirmation emails!
Not letting me log on and track my order ( I done it once before and it works and now its not letting me log on again)
Rang my bank on friday ( 22th), to report this Fake website, and they ask me to wait!
I would rather give my money as a donation to any charity
Other than giving money to those scumbags in china
Please do bot buy from this website,! I have had the misfortune of giving them my account details in order to purchase 2 pair of ugg boots and cannot get in touch with them to find out about my order details keep getting mesages saying my password is not right not even had a confirmationor tracking number from them yet they have got my money and carn't seem to find if i can get it back any advice ouot ther
I wish i had read the comments before buying from these scammers! I received the badly fake ugg boots for £59.99. I contacted them. They said to return the boots, which cost me £20. They keep saying they will refund me asap.its 6 weeks later and no money yet. They keep ignoring my emails now. I advise anyone DONT BUY from these CHINESE NOT UK UGG BOOTS SCAMMERS!
I order 3pairs of ugg boots from this site £180 off me, tried to email them to see where they are heard nothink back from them! Been waiting nearly 2weeks, Keeps coming up with error when I tried and leave a comment. My mum can't find the website on her computer so it's obviously a fake one! Dnt buy from them only con u!
Do not use this site or buy uggs from anywhere selling them cheap, every bank knows about them and unfortunately for us we read this website after we got suspious over a couple of things such as this being a uk website but its not its a chinese fake site that took us for 300quid feel soooooo stupid
Ordered a pair on 13th dec, recieved today, 30th december. They are so fake, not fur inside wonky labels and glue on the so called 'suede' on1 of them! I have emailed them stating i want a refund, although after reading other reviews i doubt if i send them back i will get my money back.
I paid by debit card as it wouldnt let me use my credit card, can i claim back through them!
Please avoid if you are thinking of buying from these! I wish i had read this first!
Before buying I thought I will use their online option to check if they can gurantee the delivery. They could not (despite offering this gurantee on their website). So, I've decided not to go with the purchase and get the boots from somewhere else. Today, they have charged my account! I've tried to get in touch to let them know that a) they had no permission to do that b) how the hell did they get my account number? No response. Online chat - they just switch you off as soon as you start to complain!
Other sites to avoid:
http://www.uggbootssale-uk.co.uk
http://www.uggs-shop.co.uk
http://www.all-uggshoes-sale-online.com
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
DO NOT BUY FROM THE SITE.
It is the biggest pile of $#*!.
The boots fall to pieces, thats if your lucky and you recieve them.
They ARE fake.
Speak no ENGLISH.
What a waste of £60!
- I have informed trading standards about the website to try and have it closed down.
Answer: It has deffinatly taught me a lesson dont rush. Check reviews first. My daughter ordered some yesterday wasnt even sure if the payment had worked. But she got a message from her bank saying did you order... she said yes and now we are very concerned... fingers crossed they aarrive
