I ordered on 8/14/2020 what appeared to be 288 Ball Regular Mason Jar Lids. It was only after I received the tracking information that I knew the product was shipped from China.
I received on 9/9/2020, 6 generic lids. When I went back to the original invoice, I discovered the fine print "6 pcs 2.75" (70mm)".
I would not recommend anyone ordering products from this company. They did not ship what was advertised. They substituted generic for the name brand.

On August 4,2020 I ordered 180 pieces of Ball regular mouth Mason jar lids. The website advertised 180 lids for $11.99. When I ordered, they added a $5.99 shipping charge and $0.36 insurance for a total cost of $18.34. I received a confirmation e-mail the same day. Later I received a tracking number. On August 19th I received a small envelope with my tracking number. When I opened the envelope there were only 6 unbranded generic lids. When I contacted the company customer support, they asked me to send a picture of the package and the product, which I did. They then responded that I had only ordered 6 pieces, which is preposterous! The confirmation email clearly states 180 pieces of Ball lids.

Like others, I ordered canning lids (over $90 worth!)--you know, the more you buy, the better the price. I am so disgusted that I didn't do my research. I am usually good about checking on companies, but this time, I goofed. They were for my nephew, who cans hundreds of jars of food every year, and he couldn't find lids anywhere, so I volunteered to order some online for him. As they say, no good deed goes unpunished!

I got a tracking number, and it said the typical stuff--order received, mailing label created, order shipped (from China), order in transit. I thought everything was good. Then today I checked to see where they are, and the website is GONE. Disappeared. Nada. I knew then I had been duped. I will see if I can get my money back, but I am not hopeful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
