On August 4,2020 I ordered 180 pieces of Ball regular mouth Mason jar lids. The website advertised 180 lids for $11.99. When I ordered, they added a $5.99 shipping charge and $0.36 insurance for a total cost of $18.34. I received a confirmation e-mail the same day. Later I received a tracking number. On August 19th I received a small envelope with my tracking number. When I opened the envelope there were only 6 unbranded generic lids. When I contacted the company customer support, they asked me to send a picture of the package and the product, which I did. They then responded that I had only ordered 6 pieces, which is preposterous! The confirmation email clearly states 180 pieces of Ball lids.

I needed a part for a John Deere lawn mower I was working on. I had trouble finding the part I needed anywhere, but this website showed that they had the part in stock, had a picture of it and everything, so I ordered it from them. Their web site was the worst I've ever ordered from, took me six tries and each time had to completely start over. When I finally got to the checkout, entered my credit card and shipping address, it said my cart was empty, even though the cart icon showed 1 item in it. I then had to start over once again.
Once I was able to complete the purchase, the site would not allow me to ship to the customer. I had entered the customer name and address in the ship to field, but it replaced the name with my name. It did keep the correct address, so I went ahead and completed the order in hopes that the shipper would deliver to the address even though it was addressed to a name that does not reside there.
When the package arrived, it turned out not to be the part pictured or described. It was supposed to be a genuine John Deere part as shown on the web site in John Deere yellow. What they sent instead was a Briggs & Stratton part in the original sealed Briggs & Stratton packaging, black, not yellow. So they did not sell me a genuine John Deere Part, but an aftermarket B&S part. The part did fit, so I did not return it, partly because I just needed to finish the job and partly because this company was so difficult to deal with, and partly because the part was not available from any other source that I could find.
Just be aware that if you can work through their terrible web site and order a part, you are not going to get a genuine John Deere part, regardless if that's the way it is shown and advertised.
