I reviewed this site with several reservations last year. Sad to report that the Support function is basically a total bust! I have had additional negative experiences and have never received a positive action from them. You submit your request and they reply with something totally unrelated. Perhaps it is a language problem? My advice is simply - don't ask for help because you are on your own!

I have tried out 8 different "dating" sites, including UADates. Every profile is a glamourous woman, who looks many years younger than claimed, except of course for those women in their 20's. The biggest concerns for me at the cost of communicating with these women, their absolute refusal to go outside the site and communicate on a free platform like Wh**sapp or Go**lechat. Furthermore, the claim to have 'live video chat" with you is false - activating your camera will allow them to see you, but all you will get of them is a pre-recorded video that is played while you talk. (The picture attached is an example).Sorry to disappoint, but you won't ever get to meet these women and it will cost you a lot of money if you choose to keep messaging. I was only on for a week and it cost me over $500 US. I was manipulated and fed nothing more than a fantasy. If that is what you want - go for it! If you want the real thing - steer clear of this site. You will be very disappointed and broke!

I want to apologize for my 2 star rating last year - now I have to use 1 star since there is nothing lower! Recently, I noticed a significant drop in my credit balance ( some 40% since my balance was already low). I asked for explanation. They asked me for a screen shot of the problem. I replied that I did not have on - why would you take a screenshot before knowing that there was a problem? After 3 days, they finally supplied me with the requested printout of my account, and as I suspected, there was a supposed video chat with Lady X. When I explained that I had never made this call knowingly ( I have never used video with anyone due to financial limitations) and had never even Chatted with this lady before, they simply shrugged their shoulders. TS! The amount ( about $8 dollars) is not the point - the point is that they don't care, and were unwilling to make any adjustment. Beware!

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my story real quick. Joined this dating site on a whim, wasn't expecting much, to be honest. But then, I met her. It's crazy how someone you've never known before can suddenly mean the world to you. We've been together for a while now, and I can honestly say she's given my life a whole new direction. You get lots of pre written letters here which duplicate. As of yet to have one girl reply in chat but get credits taken although it states only after a girl replies. A LOT of pictures are totally photoshopped. I see the same girls here from other dating sites, sometimes with different names but almost always with wildly different occupations.
Waste of time and money. Case in point with pictures I have included.

Do not be conned by this site. You can check the profiles of women here by putting photos through Google image search. They use photos of russian models and porn stars. Letters are pre written and duplicated. Chat messages are also duplicated. Do not give this site any of your money.

They openly admit that they use suppliers for pictures of women and their profiles. That is the main scam as they will not accept responsibility for what they do or don't do. Women are fake? Not our fault.

They all do the exact same thing by using suppliers to protect their own butts while taking your money for nothing more than dreams that will never happen. Furthermore, if your looks are less than average and think that it's normal to have all those beauties wanting you, you definitely have a problem.

This Site is filled with Fraudsters and Scammers. The Women are skilled at taking your Money. DO NOT use this site.
