Turbo Phone Spy & Monitoring App

I've been waiting on my refund since end of February and we're almost going into May I just keep getting emails saying they're having to review my refund manually? Don't have a clue what that means…is it a way of saying I'm not getting my money back? I just don't what else to do to get my money back. Margaux Johnson supposedly taking care of it but as of today absolutely nothing! Help!

This is one of the worst spy apps I've ever been on. If you want to read text messages it's good for that but that about it. There are much better spyware out there that's not so hard too navigate and you get way more info than what you can get here. Save your money and invest in a different co

You'll buy the app, and you won't be able to install it. They'll charge a one time fee between $140-190. After that they'll continue stealing money out of your account continuously every month. I'm currently talking to a lawyer. Please be careful, this is a scam!

Bought the app. They charged me triple what they advertised.They say you don't have the target phone, you do. That's the first thing they ask for...after they get your money. I called them wanting a refund. They basically said, "Sorry for your luck, no refund"

I contacted the company and told them that it didn't work for me, they guaranteed me my money back, I went as far as telling me that it had already been refunded, every time I emailed them and told them that I never received my refund they just told me might be problems with my bank wait five days another time is wait 3 to 5 days, so I've asked them repeatedly and now they do not answer my emails. Please beware.

I purchased this app the end of January 2023 b/c it has decent reviews, I have since had HELL installing the app, and now getting the app to even work. The customer service has been no help, actually the most awful customer service I have ever received. I am now in the process of waiting on a refund and very ready to get a lawyer involved, this is how bad this company is! You've been warned!

I was promised a refund on December 30,2022. We are now January 18,2023. I have yet to receive a refund. And all my attempts to contact someone have failed. I have escalate this with me bank. Don't download or pay for this app!

I went to turbospy to monitor a Childs phone. They had a trial and I paid that trial. Minutes later $143.86 was taken out of my account. Immediately I canceled it and email them to put my money back. This was on Feb 4th 2023. They emailed me back promptly and said that they would be sending my refund within 3 to 5 business days. This has not happened yet. They keep telling me they are researching it. What horrible service and this is just a scammer site to get money. Today again they wrote me and said that they processed my refund and it has not happened. I sent all receipts and proof. Do not buy anything on this site.

I was only suppose to be charged 100 for the basic plan for 12 Months instead i was charged 160$... Not only that i was told the info I needed to get started will be sent to my email within 15 mins... Been an hour and still didn't get what i paid for (SCAM)

I purchased turbo spy on the 14th Nov and I was not able to use at all and my many attempts to contact their support was in vain. Now they are not responding to any of my emails and they have cancelled my account and have not refunded my payment

App did work without needing the other persons phone however it only lets you do it once then you have to pay again the full amount.
Only get one shot tondo it so don't make the mistake of testing it on another phone to to make sure it works

The advertising is misleading…it implies you can "spy" without knowing you are spying.

TurboSpy works by extracting data from a cell phone and displaying it on your own cell phone, tablet or computer. Simply use the OTA (over-the-air) link to download the software, then enter the telephone number of the phone you want to monitor.

The verbiage does not say it needs to be downloaded to target phone.

I requested the refund on 11/2/22 and was told it was in process and to wait 3-5 business days. Contacted a second time on 11/9/22 and was told it they had a problem with their server and the refund was in process and to wait another 3/5 business days.

11/18/22 No refund.

I only gave them one star because zero isn't an option! I paid $155 for this app because I've been having issues with my daughter. The app didn't work from the start. So after being in contact with them doing everything they told me to do it still didn't work so I asked for a refund. I was told it was no problem I'd get my money in 3-5 business days. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my money! They even stopped communicating with me! I don't know who's in charge but this is an awful company I would RUN! If you have issues you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THEM!

My teenager always likes to go home late and makes up all sorts of excuses. As a parent, I really need to protect her. With Turbo Spy I can track her whereabouts. I know exactly where she is at any given time. This gives me peace of mind because anytime I can go to her. I would also know if she's telling the truth about where she is! Overall, I give Turbo Spy 5 stars.

After solid reviews on Youtube I made this purchase. After 4 days still not working and customer service is basically non-existent despite the claims of 24/7 support.

I'm new to this phone monitoring thing. With the growing threats my children are exposed to online, I was worried about their phone use. A close friend recommended the Turbo Spy Pro Plan. At first, I didn't know what I was doing. But thankfully, Turbo offers accessible and reliable customer service. Everyone I've talked with has been knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. Plus, I can say they deserve to be called tech experts as they really know what they're doing. Kudos to Turbo!

This Turbo Spy monitoring app's parental controls are very appealing to me. Not only did it allow me to monitor my children's phone activities throughout the day, but it also gave me complete control over their phone use. I've blocked specific apps and websites that I don't want them to access.
