I normally don't write reviews, but this merchant threatened me and falsely accused me of theft. The company sent one of the three rings that I ordered and are essentially unreachable. I contacted them three times, twice about this specific issue and received no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card and only then did Tungsten Fashion contact me and accuse me of stealing the rings and threatening to report me to the police. The images of the emails that I sent to them and their response are attached below.

Could you please respond to my emails?

Ordered April last year, receive ring but without my customisation.
They said they will send me a new one as they have made a mistake, however, they haven't shipped out my ring nor are replying back to my emails.

Purchased a ring on October 6th, 2022. I ordered a size 17.5 and when I received the ring it was smaller than the 17 I was already wearing. I emailed 3-4 times about this and all emails went UNANSWERED. I called 2-3 times, leaving voice-mails each time and those went UNANSWERED as well. Finally called and someone answered and I was told to ship the ring back and they would contact me once they received it. Sent the ring back and watched the tracking. 2 weeks after they received it, I still had not heard anything. Again, all calls and emails went UNANSWERED. (they say on their site that ALL emails are answered within 24 hours and that is pure BS) Again, I finally got ahold of someone and was told that they had sent a 17 instead of the 17.5 and that that ring did not come in sizes larger than 17 and that the website was wrong in offering larger sizes. (PS, they never changed the site) Anyway, they told me that their machine wouldn't make the ring any larger but if I would give them 3 weeks, they would get it from another vendor. At that time I asked that my size be adjusted to size 18 and they said no problem. The 3 weeks go by and I didn't hear anything. Gave it a few more days and nothing. Again, emails and phone messages went UNANSWERED. Finally got ahold of someone again and was told they would have my ring on the 25th of November and they would send it out. I waited until into December and nothing. Yet again, multiple emails and phone messages went unanswered. Finally got ahold of someone on December 6th and was told that my ring had shipped and "according to tracking, it would be to me on December 8th." Was also told that rhey would email me the tracking number. No tracking info was provided and no ring came on the 8th. I again gave things more time. On the 12th, I sent 2 different emails and also left a voice-mail. Both went UNANSWERED. On the 13th, I left another voice-mail and told them that if I didn't get some kind of response, I was going to start taking action against them. A few hours later, I got an email from them stating my ring had shipped and provided a tracking number. According to the tracking info, they created the shipping label ONLY after I made the threat of action. The ring finally arrive to me yesterday, Dec. 19th and guess what... they sent me a size 17 again.

Don't do business with these people. They don't follow through and they lie to you. I'm taking to the internet to post my story anywhere and everywhere I can to warn people of doing business with Tungsten Fashions. Im also filing with their local Chaimber of Commerce and with the BBB. Buyer beware!

Hi Chris - we shipped you the largest band that our machines can make. I am sorry that does not fit - please send back the rings and we will refund you. We show you still are holding two rings and only paid for one that you owe us. We trusted you to send the extra ring back to us, yet as of today, you have not. Please do, so we can refund you.

False advertising

I'm going to leave the original review up at the end of this update. So they called me and explained what had happened and assured me that the ring was going to be here Thursday the 6th of October and offered to refund me the shipping cost. I told them that if they did that and I got the ring on Thursday that I would update the review and give a more fair rating. Well I got the tracking info all excited about getting my ring when I get an email asking why I haven't changed the reviews I have left. I told them that I have not received any receipt showing my a refund. I then get an email stating that 9h trust me I did issues the refund. Now all of a sudden the shipping if has been delayed. I new I should have done more research before I bought from them. Now I feel I'm out my money.
Website said if ordered by 3pm eastern standard time same day shipping. I had my order completed at 2:13pm eastern standard time and I paid almost 30.00 more for overnight shipping. All day went by and now it's 9-10 pm before I find out it going to take longer to get to me. No offer from them to reimburse the overnight shipping nothing.

Bloody useless this company

These guys are a bunch of scammers
I have asked for an update numerous times via email and no response
They said it was shipped for delivery in August and now we are in October. They sent me an email confirmation saying 'I hope you enjoyed your ring'
How can I enjoy it when it never arrived to my damn doorstep? I've emailed more than 8 times asking for an update and no response.
I want a REFUND!
I've asked numerous times but no one has replied and it's just slack and poor customer service!
Don't believe these guys, trust the reviews from others that had a poor time with these guys!
DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM - they are really $#*!!

Express is only a few days - we see you did not choose that option. We also respond to every email with 24 hours, again, please understand the time (and date) difference from you in NEW ZEALAND to us here in BOSTON. Also, that email that you received "hope you enjoyed your ring" is a automated email Fiona, it is not smart enough to know that you have not yet received it. We show it is in transit to you and shows to arrive, on or before October 23rd. We suggest next time, using the faster shipping option if this option is not fast enough to get you to you in New Zealand. If you need anything else, we are always here to help.

Shipping to Australia took over 6 months, the first package never arrived and after multiple emails with no response I had to escalate to paypal before they sent me the ring.
The ring itself seems like good quality but is much larger than expected based on the sizing chart on their website (3 sizes too big).

The ring was actually nice but too bad the customer service is non-existance, I ordered a ring but it unfortunately didn't fit due to the comfort fit(dome shape) and I had to go back to England before I could exchange it in the US by post. Sent an email about paying more for exchanging it because I was overseas but never got the reply back. Its a shame because the ring was actually lovely but the customer service is just disappointing..

We are in the office each and every day from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and our staff works over 14 hours, plus a day. We are sorry if we missed your email. We are doing the best we can to keep up with orders with a third of our normal staff. You said you are overseas - in this country, people are getting paid more to sit home and do nothing than to work. As our staff here works 14, 15, 16+ hour days - we are sorry that we missed your email. We are.

There is an exchange form that comes with every order - it is simple and we do that for a reason. Simply use that form, send the ring back to us and it will be exchanged. Unless there is something you are requesting outside of a normal exchange, it is simply that simple. Would give them 0 stars if I could terrible customer service, still owed either a ring or my money back since Dec/21. Ordered from this company numerous times in the past, what happened Tungsten Fashions? Never again!

I came back here by curiosity after getting a random email from them a few days ago. I found my review deleted... SO. Redo.

This company has poor customer service and it took months to get the ring going through them. Also when I posted a review after three months of no answers, they bashed me on this public review board and threatened me with legal action for a review. I purchased an entirely new ring to get them to shut up. It took three more months to get a resize only for it to end up being THE EXACT SAME SIZE as before. You guys are unprofessional and crude.

I have had a terrible time with getting my wedding date because it's been cancelled 3 times due to covid-19. My soon to be husband has a large ring size and impossible to find here in Canada but I found it here at Tungsten Fashions. I ordered the wrong ring size 2 times and Damien and staff sent me the right size without any hesitation. I've decided I'd like a back up ring because their rings are so beautiful and Damien said I'll send you the other style this morning in time for your wedding. They are absolutely incredible and gracious and I've had little patience lately. I'm happy to have found them! My husband is a 15 to 15.5 and next to impossible to find him anything in Canada so thank you to this wonderful company! This company is highly recommended for 2 reasons: beautiful rings and amazing staff with lots of patience... thank you guys I appreciate you.

Hubby got his ring today. WOW so impressed it is heavy and looks really durable. He drives a tow truck so needed something to take a beating The ring is beautiful looks way more expensive then what I paid for and I was expecting to have to pay a fee for when it came to Canada but nope not at all it came to the door and that was it. Sad part is my dad passed away of a heart attack and never got to see it before I gave it to my hubby but I'm sure he would be just as impressed as we are with it... Thank you for such an amazing ring Tungsten fashions.

I love that this company went above and beyond to fix my ring. I had ordered it online and when it arrived I noticed the engraving was wrong and I also needed the ring a bit bigger. I got in contact with them and they got back to me via email and phone. I let them know that I needed a bigger size and the engraving fixed. I emiled them a picture of the ring and the corrections it needed. With no issue they sent me a new ring asap. They were so nice and respectful when I spoke to them. I highly recommend them. Amazing customer service!

If you want to buy a ring this is the place to get it, I emailed them over the weekend they emailed me right back this morning and answered my question great customer service great quality and price, I have ordered from them twice and they go over and beyond to keep u updated on your purchase, 5 stars in my book will order from them again. They threatened me with legal action for posting about their scamming unethical emails with their threats included, stole my money, and when I did purchase a ring to get them to shut up, the size was the same as the one that was a size up.

The story was:
I ordered a ring, it took over four months to get in and was the wrong size, so I emailed their support team to make sure my next purchase would turn out okay. I mentioned that their ring sizing was off, and they got defensive of that, and made a bunch of excuses. I ordered a new ring a size up on 50% off and it never showed, took another three months or so. They emailed excusing it as backorder, delays, and all of this other stuff, but it was total bs. I emailed pissed off demanding a refund, to which they said they don't refund engraved rings. Back and forth with them telling me I was dumb and that the ring was in fact fine, and I posted a review.
They came for me threatening me with legal action if I didn't take it down, canceled my order and said I didn't deserve their service anymore, and scared me half to death. I was younger at the time and actually did take it down with the promise that they would give me expedited shipping, but they made me pay the FULL COST AGAIN. That ring showed up a size up from the very first, and it was an identical size. I gave up. They are horrible people.

Do not trust them. It took me years to feel comfortable throwing this edited review up with the idea that they would not threaten me again. Run.

I don't write reviews unless service is exceptional in one way or another. I was extremely pleased with Tungsten Fashions handling of my unique situation. Especially during the covid crisis there were some issues that were out of their control, yet they still went out of their way to ensure I was happy. In the end I have a beautiful ring that is personalized to symbolize a monumental moment in my life, and tungsten fashions (and particularly Damien) made that happen. So thank you tungsten fashions for making that happen, and as for the negative reviews I can see that the issues arise when mail or something doesn't go right, if that is the case do what I did and call them, they are very considerate and accommodating.

I started with the purchase of one ring for my husband. Received it and we were very pleased with the quality of the ring. However we got the sizing wrong. We reached out to the company and spoke with Damien and it was a true pleasure to speak with him. He had the time to hear our concerns, he had the knowledge to help us solve it and most importantly he provided us with one of the best customer service experience we have encountered in a while. We are so please and impressed with the rings and the experience that we are now by ring number 4. We highly recommend this company for what it stands and their products.

I bought a men's ring and used their sizer from their website. Got it and then it was too big. When I called they admit that their sizer was not accurate and then sent it back to be resized. I received the supposed resized ring but it was the same size as the one they originally sent me.

This place has the worst customer service and you need customer service help because you will be asking for a refund. And of course, they will not give it to you.
All the 5 star ratings are fake on their website.
It cost me $150 to learn this to please do not make the same mistake.

It is not our objective to 'deceive' customers. You are upset, not from the quality or engraving or shipping time, but you are upset because you sized your rings wrong. No problem, it happens and we were here to help you with this. We actually called you today (before this review) to assist you. We told you, as a courtesy, we would offer you two new rings, basically at cost. You refused. It is not fair to bend the rules for some people and not others.
