We bought 2 rings w/ engraving. Prices and quality are great. Shipping was fast and the service was efficient. Very happy with the purchase experience.
I bought the 8mm comfort fit wedding band after my husband lost his original 14k white gold 6mm wedding band. Tungstens wedding band looked just as if not better than the picture. It's heavy and solid to touch and absolutely beautiful. We both like it so much more than his original ring.
I would like to give them NO stars.
Ordered one small item back on the 12th December 2019. They claimed to have shipped it but it never arrived. 2 months after purchase I followed up with a bunch of emails with a couple of responses saying they want to help and will post another item. However another 2 months later with plenty of no response to any of my emails I still have not received it. So 4 months and I'm still waiting for the item let alone a single response from someone.
My suggestion to anyone is not to waste your time and money. At this stage I believe they may be just a scam.
Do not do business with this company. The person running the show is liar and if they make a mistake you will be sorry you did business with them. I sent them an bracelet to engrave. All they had to do is engrave the back of bracelet. When I received the finished item I discovered that they engraved the front of the bracelet. This is where the problem really began. He told me three times that they shipped the corrected bracelet. I found that he never even ordered the replacement bracelet from Amazon. He has the ability to create postal tracking #'s on his end. He used this ability to basically lie about shipping the item to me.
I did finally receive a refund for everything after I applied enough pressure to do so. I understand that people make mistakes but why he just didn't correct the mistake in the first place is beyond me. So, you've been warned stay clear of this business at all costs.
TODAY BECAUSE I HAVE SENT MANNY MESSAGES TO THEM THEY SAID RING WAS SHIPPED OUT 12-30-2019. I DON'T THINK THEY KNOW THEIRSELVES WHATS GOING ON OR CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS EVER!

I asked if they could make a custom ring and * (customer service) said yes. I paid a premium price and was sent a standard item that cost half the price and the size wasn't even correct.
I sent it back and it took me a whole month of chasing up to get reimbursed for shipping. After 50 emails back and forth over 5 months, I have not received my order and * is not responding.
The tracking numbers they give have no name/address and stops updating after it leaves the shipping facility. I was following a false tracking number for a month and after chasing up again, I was given a second tracking number which was probably fake as well. They could give the same tracking number to multiple customers within a certain time frame of making a purchase and nobody would know.
Don't be fooled by * politeness.

If you're thinking of buying anything from this company, don't... there's a very good chance that you'll regret it like I did.
I bought a ring... had it shipped to me express... it arrived and it didn't fit. Thinking I calculated the wrong size I sent it back, asked them to send me the next size down and once again had it shipped express, and once again the ring didn't fit. I went to a jeweller and had them size my ring finger and discovered that I gave Tungsten Fashions the right size in the first place and they just sent me the wrong size... so when I asked for a size smaller the second time they sent the right size I asked for which of course didn't fit. From that point on I was ignored when I brought the issue to their attention. They advertise that they make it right if there's an issue with the wrong size... this is a lie. I'm out the cost of the ring plus two express shipping charges and still don't have a ring that fits. Rather than deal with these people I just threw away the ring and decided it just wasn't worth the trouble... I had put this incident out of my mind until I just started seeing ads for Tungsten Fashions all over the internet and it jogged my memory of how crappy an experience I had with this company...
TungstenFashion's quality ring is great, better then I could imagine. The reason I only gave 4 not 5, I sent a? To c/s trying to understand what they were talking about on the shipping for my order. 1order 3 screen's, 3 different dates. I rcv'd a response from a Brad that night, I took as rude. The next am there was a new response from Damien responding the correct way.
I ordered the Rasoret 7mm Tungsten Carbide Ring in a size 16.5 for my husband's sausage fingers. He is a thin, tall guy but has been a mechanic for over 40 yrs. He is now "retirering" after umpteen years. His 1st ring he left it on his tool box and one day grew legs. Very, very reasonably priced. They do have other things there too. They do give points now that I think of it. I need to check it out.
I felt compelled to write a review after receiving the ring and was blowin away when I called to return it for a larger size, from date of order to re sending and receiving larger size the time was approximately one an a half weeks. I spoke with Damien and was just amazed at the customer service and the quality of the ring is unbelievable. I want to thank Tunsten Fashions and service rep Damien for their great assistance in getting the right ring! Because it was a surprise, I could not get an exact finger size, but used another ring. It turned out to be too large, and twice I had to send it back. Damien was the epitome of patience and helpfulness. My sweetheart now has the right size in his Lord of The Rings ring, and is thrilled with it!

I ordered 2 rings from Tungsten fashions, but never having worn a comfort ring I was concerned about getting the right size so I cancelled my order. After some research I was confident about the size and reordered. Tungsten fashions sent me the rings that I ordered, plus one that I didn't. I returned two of the rings, and kept one. I noticed they had charged me for four rings. I brought it to their attention, and they said they would refund the charges for the 3 rings they over charged me, but it would take a week because of the 4th of July holiday. This went on for a couple of months. They kept telling me they would refund my money, but they never followed through on the promise. I turned the matter over to my credit card companies. It is almost December, and I have only gotten one of the three refunds. They sent me a email to review my purchase, but they never published it. It is a shame. They have nice rings, and I would like to order another one, but at this point it's unlikely.

You told us you were not good at computers and didn't mean to order all three rings and wanted to cancel the orders, but they have already been shipped you. First order i paid for over night shipping did not get for a week later. I ordered the wrong size so i ordered again and i paid for over night shipping yet again over a week to get it to me. Again I ordered the wrong size so i ordered again paying over night shipping and this time it took over 2 weeks for the to ship and they again did not ship over night. Each time they had some excuse why it didnt ship. I will not order from here again.

Ordered a ring for my husband for our wedding day. I paid for 2 day shipping and it took just over one week to arrive. Then the ring was 1/2 size too small. They swore that it was the right size. I took it to 5 local jewelers and they all showed that the ring was a 1/2 a size smaller than what I ordered. I then returned the ring and 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund.
Customer Service has been no help. They have unclear communication by phone and e-mail.
I will never order from this site again and I suggest that you do not either.

I received my initial order timely but when the ring didn't fit it took over a month of little follow up and false tracking numbers before I received a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement was the same size as the ring I returned as verified by another jeweler's ring sizer. The business is shady which is sad because the product was nice. My wedding is in 3 weeks and I have to start the ring search over.
Both my husband and I looked everywhere for a wedding bands. Every where they are over priced. Checked on this site and were amazed. We got both our rings... as on the picture, looked just like what we bought and it took just a few day to get here. When the store were we went said it would take 2wks! I recommend this site a lot!

We show you shipped us two rings back in November to have them engraved and were happy with the engraving. You then sent another two rings and a medical bracelet to be engraved as well. We are glad you were happy with the rings and chose to come back to use us again. By mistake, we engraved the front of the bracelet. A team member called you immediately to let you know what happened. We apologized and told you that we would refund you for the engraving and purchase a new bracelet for you to re-engrave. You stated on the phone that you were fine with this, but the new bracelet would not arrive until Wednesday (Yesterday, 1/22/2020). Due to the MLK holiday, it arrived one day later than we told you it would. You told us to cancel the bracelet on Tuesday (1/21/2020) and we did as you asked.
