I bought 5 items from the site and wished I had read more reviews first. When it comes to Jewelry they have a VERY good photographer with a macro lens. Nothing came as it appeared - much cheaper looking in person. Then they say it's buyer's remorse and there is a 10% fee to return items... For me it had nothing to do with buyer's remorse - the cost was low - just not low enough to justify they quality (or lack thereof) of the products. STAY AWAY from this site...
My first time ordering from this company. Was highly disappointed with merchandise. Ordered a mkf bag. Instead got a really cheap plastic looking version. Then it had a tag on it that had DS on it, plus it was all buckled up at the bottom and gold trim was a hard plastic resin. What a ripoff. Never will order from them again. Said purses are final sell yet everything else u can return. Sounds like a scam to me. Please read carefully return policy and items could not be what u think.
Customer service through e-mail was fine. However, this was my first time buying and using Tumbledeal and I was informed that they couldn't fill my order. How SAD. If I bought it why was it not preserved for me? I thought if I see product and buy product it would be shipped. Maybe someone could send me a 10% off coupon code for next time if there is a next time.
I made a purchase on 2/10/2016 for two handbags which were absolutely gorgeous. One is excellent while the other had a malfunction of the strap twice. I returned the item for a replacement and the same thing happened with the replacement item. Although, I would love to have the handbag, I decided that twice was enough of the return, receive, break phase, so I opted for a refund.
It was so fun! I'll definitely purchase again! It's a great way to get nice things that are affordable!

Have ordered several things and I know the prices are way out of line; however, if you know the approximate price and watch what their bottom prices are you can get a good or fair deal. They write back if you send an e-mail but don't always answer your questions. I also found out they are connected or were "Q Bids" which was a complete fraud-never purchased anything there. If you're patient, have some needs and know approximately what the actual price is, you CAN get deals. But they're not as big a savings as they cite. Also you can sometimes get free shipping, which for heavy purchases is helpful. Would NEVER order perfumes, bags or clothes as you could get knock offs or inferior merchandise unless you know quality manufacturers. Good idea to check out and compare before bidding and if your tend to be an addictive personality, beware! All in all, so far the experience has been fairly positive with purchased items shipped quickly. Be sure you understand "how" it works!
Please purchase carefully I think the drop shippers are cheating people no box with Item as stated earing lopsided and worst of all had them appraised and they were not even worth 50.00
I am very pleased with the service I received. Chelsea helped me sort through my orders and figure out what I was missing and she had actually already shipped the missing item by the time I finally figured it out. She was very patient, helpful and kind. I wish all customer service rep were like her. Thanks for your help in this matter.
Products are gorgeous and worth every penney but count on tracker not working, no direct answes to your questions and usually very long shipments. If you are ordering for a present make sure you do it very early

Purchased Apple iPhone 4s 16GB Verizon Refurb Black phone and received a Sprint iPhone that I cannot use. Since it was after the 30 days, TumbleDeal informed me I was out of luck. This phone was clearly described as a Verizon phone and the phone delivered was a Sprint phone. Beware with electronics from TumbleDeal.

Ordered a MKF handbag, nothing was marked to say it was a genuine bag, also color was not same as ordered. Made in China tag was inside of bag, Bag retailed at $289, paid $35, but was still a cheap lookalike bag. Ordered earrings, retail value, $100, next time saw same earrings retail price $29. Ordered 2 key design necklaces, for gifts, it said they were sterling silver, but they are not. Am now afraid to purchase anything else.
My experience was fantastic but the only thing I have Problems with is false advertisement. When you show a picture of the Item that you're purchasing then the Item should look exactly like the picture. If not then don't show me one thing and send me something else. Thanks
I never received my first order. No fault of Tumble Deal. Post office delivered, and someone else (helped themselves to the mail). What a bummer. It's hard to trust folks nowadays. But I believe there is still good and honest folks out in the USA. Just have to *PRAY * for them. God is wonderful.
Only ordered 2 items 1st. Purchase purse was to big will not use, dimensions not given on site. 2nd. Item shipped wrong.
My order came in a timely manner. However it's the worst fake pocketbook i've ever bought. The quality is so bad, how could you'll sale a fake as an original? I could have gotten a better fake bag at H&M. I thought i was getting an designer bag, not a knockoff and the worst at that.

While the product I received was not a Coach purse I would purchase in a Coach store and was, rather, a product made for outlet stores; it was Coach. Knowing this and because this was to be a gift, I am returning it for credit at Tumble Deal. Next time I shop I'll have a better understanding of the kind of product I will receive.
Some items, such as jewerly is not quite as they appear online. The quality of some of the items are at a zero level. Two items i purchased broke before i had an opportunity to wear them. Currently i am awaiting the delivery/resolution of two handbags i purchased but have not received them yet. I love the site but having a little difficulty right now
I won an auction for a Thomas Kinkade painting at a very good price, and paid for it. It never arrived, finally got an email that it was unavailable and received an email. At the time of the live auction, many paintings and prints were constantly being offered over and over. I am suspicious that they only fufilled the highest bids and left the others of us out!

I ordered a product on May 28th. Received a confirmation that my order had been received but, nothing else.
I logged onto my account the following 6 days only to find my order being processed. I sent an email message concerning my problem. The next day, I received a notification email that item had been shipped and a tracking number. I tried to track my purchase on the 4th and today. Both days when I clicked on track your package, the information received read, "Tracking Number cannot be found." So, I called customer service and Cesar immediately sent an email confirming delivery today and was a great help and very professional.

Shipping and Tracking was very show to when the order was to be shipped. I understand the the Texas weather was a big part of this. But hopefully the next order will be much better.
