I have subscribed to watch the world cup today, but was not able to do so! I waited 1 hour to get a response from Customer service who promised to solve this issue since 10 hours back!

TSB Canada committed fraud today by charging me #23 for a month World Cup 2022, but its all about advertisements and $#*!ty Canada SOCKER TEAM. They think if they Talk will get more support from Canadian but I had plan to watch the game butt now I swear if they pay me I wou;t watch a game that everyone is saying will go home very soon

Site barely works on any device, layout is extremely confusing, I just want to watch the leafs live but its like trying to decipher the DaVinci code navigating this garbage website. Click on a video, 30 second ad, then the actual video doesn't even load. Please, save your money and look elsewhere if you want to watch any sports live.

This is a money grab. It is an expensive service for the product; further, they auto-bill with zero renewal notice, in advance of your renewal, and there is no recourse for their lousy renewal policy. Go somewhere else for your viewing pleasure.

Mobile website is absolute garbage... click bait and constant ads... auto play junk video are frustrating

For the last four or five games on TSN talking about football CFL part or almost full fully parts of the game or scrambled

I believe the CFL should start looking at another programmer TSN seems to be going downhill I would support another channel I like sports channel

- Ads ads ads: $20/mth and you get unskippable digital ads (sometimes 4 of the same in a row)
- Ads inserted mid-sentence
- On demand content uploaded anywhere from a full day later to 4 days later
- No resume option. You must restart by watching four ads. Then you try to skip ahead, forcing you to watch four more ads. If you guessed the wrong time point, four more ads. I've watched up to 20 ads to find where I left off. And it's the same 3-4 ads.
- No picture in picture. Want to answer a call or text? You must exit your video. Try to remember where you left off so that you only need to watch EIGHT ADS to resume
- On-demand content is hard to find. Terrible site navigation
- Sometimes the timeline disappears entirely and you need to exit and re-open, THEN WATCH A MINIMUM OF EIGHT ADS BUT PROBABLY MORE SINCE YOU COULDN'T TELL WHAT TIME YOU LEFT OFF AT BECAUSE THE TIMELINE DISAPPEARED AFTER COMING BACK FROM WATCHING FOUR ADS THAT YOU PAID $20/MTH TO WATCH INSTEAD OF YOUR DESIRED PROGRAM
- NO EXAGGERATION, THERE IS NO WORSE VIDEO (PAID) STEAMING APP IN EXISTENCE
- You'll need to constantly purchase no cellular devices because TSN will make you want to launch your phone at walls or undesirable people
- Kidney stones are only slightly more painful than the TSN app (at least on your mental health... not kidding)

You just want to select a feed and watch it. But it doesn't play. You refresh and a different feed shows up. You try again, and it still won't play. In the end, through a bizarre sequence of random incantations, you get your feed. Everything is good, until next time.

This app is utterly incompetent

So, TSN ends it's TV coverage for the of the CANADIAN Open right when our top Canadian tees off. So, what kind of crappy coverage is this. You were just piping in the Golf Channel coverage anyway. Your production dept. is so obviously poor to not be able to run a made in Canada broadcast!

No matter what I want to watch on TSN, I get the chance to watch it, very easy to watch on TSN app especially all the riveting sport s programs that I enjoy watching. Thank you

Last week Overdrive guys started talking about chocolate bars... just what I tuned to hear... Noodles I like because he does not interrupt the other two... the other two are very annoying... I am going to switch to Sid... jerry

You pay your subscription full price and still TSN makes you watch 2mins of ads upon loading recorded games and when you skip forward every 15 minutes, you have to watch another 2 minutes of ads. You cannot skip the ads. What's worst... Many times the ads do not load, so you have to reload the page. Then you have to rewatch 2 mins of ads to start the video before you can even skip forward and then 2 mins of adss immediately after skipping. Jesus Christ burn this stupid thing that you have to pay $20 a month for. Just go back to torrenting games. No paying customer should have to endure this torture and scam of a company.

Does he get paid by the word? I'm sorry, but I cannot take it anymore. His high pitched God awful voice droning on about what we have already seen has gotten to the point that I now turn off any games in which he is the colour commentator. I am not new to hockey broadcasts, having grown up tuning into Hockey Night In Canada partway through the first period, and listening to real broadcasting by Foster Hewitt. If you insist on having a "colour commentator" at least get someone with a studio accent.

Seriously you guys are (expensive) garbage. Go anywhere else but DO NOT USE TSN The Sh1t Network.

If you want to watch 13 channels of F1 and 8 channels of tennis you're in luck.
Want to watch American football and basket ball. You're in luck
Anything else you're Sht out of luck. Poor poor and expensive non sport sport network. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else.

Watching the Stanley Cup Playoffs. The constant advertising is absolutely ridiculous. Sports betting is advertised even between whistles. Disgusting!

I recently signed up to be able to watch NHL playoff hockey only to find out immediately that they do not have the rights to the NHL games any longer. Yes maybe that is my bad for not looking into it first but I immediately realized my mistake and asked to have them cancel the subscription and refund the money as I have no need for the service otherwise at this time. They refuse to refund the money. To them keeping the one month payment is more important than having me return as a customer for other sports streaming which I have been doing when the needs arose. So they basically don't understand a major business concept that customer acquisition is far more costly than customer retention but hey maybe I shouldn't be surprised, they did lose the rights to NHL games after all.
