I have emailed to truthfinder many times without restualt
I want to end the subscription and want the money back, the sum was 1789: - total in Swedish money, I want it back, I have written and written without restualt, they have not answered me. I want my money back. They went into my account without permission just took.
Here you can see all the screenshots they have taken. Hope you can help me here, I can not speak English but I would be happy if you heard from me via email here. The email address I provided to you.

Great help by Amanda, miscommunication with the charges was able to assist and navigate me through the process of a refund

I am not happy about the accuracy of the information that was attached to me that was clearly incorrect. The Customer Service I will give 10 stars, they were fantastic and refunded me for duplicate charges and help correct what they could administratively. Genuinely was happy with the amount of time it took and the very kind representative that helped me.

I reviewing criminal history of person of interest found MANY repetitions of same charge. Also charges were not in chronological order. Is there a technique for fixing that problem?

I could not access the stuff I was looking for. Couldn't negotiate the technology. Need to discontinue my subscription for financial reasons.

I needed an online service that was quick and thorough when filling out an application that needed dates I couldn't remember. I mean, who can recall that far back? Truthfinder.com was not only fast, it was accurate! No stone was left unturned. I recommend their service to anyone who needs to find background info on friend, foe, or themselves.

I had done the trial membership and found all the information I needed for a contractor that I was looking for. Sometimes it can be a problem with some trial offers to call back and cancel but it was not in any way shape or form with truthfinder and the representative was kind, prompt, and no waiting time to reach him. He asked me if I needed any other information from the site before he put in the cancellation and promptly sent me an email confirming this. I would use them again!

Excellent customer service I was very satisfied. When I called on 5/18/22, my customer service rep was Samantha I was extremely impressed with the fact that she took the time to listen to what my concerns were and addressed each one of my issues without making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. She not only solved my issues but made me feel like she really did care. I wanted to make sure and mention something because your customer service is a reflection of your company. Truthfinder provides a lot of valuable information in one comprehensive, integrated report. I've found it very useful for looking up property addresses when I was searching for a home; for looking up a phone number that was associated with identity theft and figuring out who was involved; and for finding out the criminal backgrounds of people who live near me. I typically don't have to call Truthfinder with issues, but for the first time today I had to (for some reason I couldn't get logged in), and was met with a really diligent and patient representative who provided outstanding customer service. Her helpfulness and kindness is the reason for this review. Truthfinder is fortunate to have someone so committed to their work.

Was apprehensive at first because my computer skills are poor. However, the process was easy and I am extremely pleased with the report and excellent service.

I had a cancellation that was not processed probably BUT THAT IS OKAY! Had service to check on possible tenants when i was a landlord. Great to check up on anyone really. Not expensive either.
