Do not use. Signed up and ran search, took credit card info and received "unable to process " message, meanwhile they charged my card 6 times. Total scam. Blocked transaction and notified Bank immediately.

I use truthfinder regularly for my own safety and that of my friends and family.

When contacting their customer service, they are polite, thorough, helpful. They even helped me to save money by offering better packages.

They misrepresent what it will cost to do a search. I wanted an email address. It cost additional money to "purchase" the "email report", my results. Furthermore, within hours, my credit card information was used to attempt to make a $560 purchase. This is the only site where I provided the number in many days. I would not use this untrustworthy, costly site again. Research too late shows other, cheaper, safer sites.

So you know how you go down the rabbit hole of the internet and find stuff right, I decided to search up my mom to see if it actually you know worked... I KNOW FOR A FACT MY MOM IS NOT ON A GOVERNMENT WATCH LIST AND HAS A CRIMINAL RECORD. You guys legit gave my a heart attack and it said something about embarrassing comments and stuff and I verified my age and I was like wait this cant be true so I canceled it. I know this was my mom because it asked if these were any of my relatives or something and it showed a lot of them that I know and have really close relationships with but still wtf do you mean with the government watch list like no sorry.

My membership SAID 1 month, and I make sure that I cancel it again before I reached that One MONTH. And If I knew that I was still having a membership why should I resubscribe again with you today August 7,2022, If I didn't do that I will never know that they were charging my husband's card every month. Because you have that credit on your file that doesn't give you the authority to charge it each month $30.18 25 times
Even though you know that I only used your site only one time. I demand my full reimbursement from 07/22/2020 to 08/07/2022 in the amount of $794.68, they charged our credit card 26 times for services that we didn't even use after cancelation

I searched myself just because I was curious. Not only they told me I have criminal records, they said that I was in the government's watch list, suggesting that I am a hardcore criminal. This is all before you sign up for email and such. I believe this is designed to urge people to pay to see the details, but this business have to understand that many people will stop as soon as they see those horrible information because they will deem it enough and that no further research is needed since they already "know" that I am a hardened criminal. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing this.

Do not trust their information. Most of all do not give them ANY money! I have cancelled my account with them twice and they continue to Take money from me

Ok so I must take back my harsh words because even though I didn't find what I was looking for after dealing with the customer service rep who spoke and understood perfect English, they handled theirselves just like true customer service professionals. I will tell you this much that good "customer service" is something I believe in and you can't find that any more. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!

Nothing you can't just find out for free by doing some google searches, other sites charge way less and will give you the same information, also its not all inclusive considering the price you will pay, not worth it, if you want to do an email or phone search they charge you extra for that, if you are already taking about $30 from your customers while some other sites charge half or even less than half, then at least have it all inclusive, its not worth it, go for cheaper sites and save your money, or if you diligent enough then just do some digging yourself.
