“They provide a very ideal package”

Don't waste time searching for the best conditions for each asset among 5 different sites. They provide a very ideal package, and their account conditions are also very fair. I would recommend it.

“Scam Scam Scam”

Zainab M.

Loads of red flags right from the start but I still took a chance in a hope to get a life little easier in these hard times. Turned out to be a worse experience. Once your money gone into their hands you do not have any more control over it. Its not coming back ever. I do not think any of the positive review is genuine here. Thats a vicious gang. Stay away and stay safe! I learnt it the harder way after loosing my money despite the fact my bank was warning of the transaction. You might be shown a demo withdrawl by them but you try do it yourself, thats never going to happen. They will give you one or other excuse and the only solution according to them is to let them apply loans on your behalf and give them. Try their customer service and you'll be surprised too. You can only curse them later as much as you want.

Don't not trust these people, and don't open Anydesk and let them into your computer. They took £25,000 from me that I took out in loans. I was told an IPO called Tik Tok would be going public soon, this is a lie.
I have been interviewed by RIP OFF BRITAIN and told them what had happened to me, this will be aired in the very near future.

Tip for consumers:
Do not give any money to these people or download Anydesk.

Should be minus 10 stars. They have closed down on Friday 12/05/2023. Their internet is switched off, emails have bounced and phones either ring out or cut off. They have taken all my money, after playing me for a year, and disappeared. They were still asking for money the day before, which I didn't have. Their names, which probably are not real anyway, are Cole Watson, Hannah Westbrooke, Louise Jones, Samuel Williams, Samuel McCarthy, Ravi and Genevieve. Lucky for after months of research and reports i was able come across Crypt0rec0veryltd c0m who got it all bacl

Their charts, graphs and calculators have made everything easy for even a simple person like me to understand. I'm making small investments, not big investments, but I trust them very much.

They are still out here scamming people, so i want to share my experience and breakthrough with everyone. They promised to assist me and i believed them and signed up, it was all ok initially and i thought i was learning so i invested a lot of money with them and it all went downhill from them. No withdrawal and no communication from them, i was left with no other option than to seek help and i was very lucky i found an expert (Rossknowells12 outlook com) who was able to resolve my withdrawal issues in no time.

I usually don't trade with brand that doesn't have at least a 5-year record in the industry but when my mate was so super excited about it, I had to give it a shot, they didn't disappoint, trades goes smoothly, withdrawals as mentioned, and no bugging phone calls to convince me to do things.

So I decided to sign up to be contacted to learn more about online trading and at first it seemed ok - they rang me at work and I spoke to the lady and asked to be contacted at another time. She agreed which was great, but from there it went downhill. I did not receive a call at the specified time later that evening and instead received it the following day whilst I was driving. I answered and tried to explain to the man I was on handsfree and couldnt concentrate so it was not a good time and the man spoke over me and was rude and obnoxious to the point I asked not to be contacted about this in the future and it was no longer something I was interested in hearing about.

Then started a campaign of harassment - three calls a day for at least two weeks - and when I was able to answer I would politely ask them to not call and remove me from their list - a couple agreed they would which evidently did not happen.

This came to a head when I was rang once again on a day off and I, fed up of the constant calls, was short with the female caller and told her inexplicably not to call me again, I was not interested and this was harassment. For 1 second I thought this was the end of it (for the day at least) but immediately had another phone call... which I hung up on... and immediately another phone call and another and another. It's important to note that I was blocking these numbers and they must have a number generator as a new number would call back. I did answer on the fifth phone call and, as I'm sure anyone would, told them where to go - but this didn't stop them. Again and again and again. I ended up answering and putting my phone on the side on the 8th time and I could HEAR this woman screaming down the phone about how I was a child and an idiot etc etc. and then she hung up and the SAME HAPPENED AGAIN. So I answered and again, I was catching odd words and this lady was losing her mind!

In the end, I had to turn off my phone. I also cried because this was ridiculous and stressful and I didn't know what else to do. I attach a screenshot of this company to show that this was harassment, note these are all different phone numbers but the same crazy woman. I called my provider and they told me to block the numbers - which didn't work- and then they told me I had to change my number. Which, again, was stressful and inconvenient.

I can't even describe how this has made me feel and this is evidently a scam company to have acted the way they did. I never give my phone number out - for this very reason - but on this occasion I was an idiot to do so.

Stay away from this company.

It's a great site but it only works in English and the support staff only speaks English too. I talked to them about a month ago and they said they were working on more languages, but so far it hasn't happened

I can honestly say they restored my trust in trading sites. They don't have the hidden fees and you don't get these strange annoying calls from "brokers" like other sites do.

My father took a $75 initial investment turned it to 500, withdrew 300 at 10% brokerage fee, but the money was emailed money transferred to him from the broker's wallet, and somehow skipped his bit coin wallet. Then he make another 500 and withdrew it again, personally emailed money transfer. Then he turned that into 17,000 USD, over the course of 3 months, and they took his money and abscond and block him off, no response from them, and his countless hours of trading has disappeared. They take advantage of people forced to work from home and keep you from withdrawing funds, until you have a huge increase in your fund, then make away with your fund. REQUITAL.0RG did it all by recovering my funds.

They don't always have the tightest spreads, but in my opinion it's better to pay a bit more for a website that is regulated.

If you know what is good for you, you will not give any of this minions at Trustpac any of your time. Don't read all this positive reviews and ignore them, these are RED FLAGS. Pay special attention what I indicate as RED FLAGS, you should not ignore all negative reviews based on our personal experiences.
So a lady called Monica Stephens who claim to be South African but lives in Shepherds Bush called me at random. She claims I signed up for an investment on their page. Quite frankly I don't remember doing such a thing because I hate cold calling with the last drop of my blood. I explained am not interested. She persisted with her calls(RED FLAG), I got feed up at some point and just started blocking her calls. She persisted each time with different lines. I reluctantly signed up in June 2021. The registration verification was done after so much chasing up.(RED FLAG).

So months went buy and I was getting anxious as no body called and I have already invested the last coins I have in my name with them.
I called the lady who did the verification, she promised she would get me my accounts manager to contact me which she did. A first telephone meet up was set up with GAVIN VISSER(RED FLAG), If you ever come across this name, please drop the call. He is the reason for my nightmares. There wasn't much contact with him for the good part of summer. The 1st trade was placed around October. According to Gavin the 1st investment with a profit margin of £64. He seem to have disappeared until I fished him out with a phone call. 2nd & 3rd trade generated £1400 & £1200. To date I have not received any profits made. One year on, my profits have been replaced with one nightmare after another.
Each interaction with Gavin is all about going big with the investment to make huge profits. He insist on taking a loan to make investments. They all come up with something big happening to the market, they convince you to be a part of it. In my case it was the American superbowl where Gavin promised I would make upto £75k.

Today Trustpac has scammed me out of £15,200. It is close to 1 year exactly and I have made no profits on any of the investment, so much for making my dreams come true.
Gavin became very mysterious and difficult to contact. He told me it is end of financial year and they are very busy. They are never busy when they want your money. Gavin became very rude. I made endless calls to him and Trustpac team, I even spoke to Jessica who claims to be an account officer.

Gavin stopped calling or picking my calls. When I finally got hold of him on the 3rd March and asked for my money back, l even told him to keep the profit and return my money he stole. He advised that he returned the money on the 28th Feb and it should be in my account. I reminded him that it was the 3rd of March why is it taking so long. He said give it a few more days. All lies!

I resorted to emails. He called and was upset bse I called him a thief. What do you call a person who takes your money with no intention to return it? A thief!

After two emails, I got a call from Jake. He States he is the legal representative for Trustpac. He said was trying to resolve my payment refunds. All I got was £143 from the total investment of £15,200. He States that My money was returned but due to sanctions, it is stuck somewhere(?). He will try to get this money from the bank where it was sent.

I was then contacted by Samuel, according to him he is the floor manager. Not sure what he was to help me with but it seems he was to get me to part with more money to invest a second time. I don't know if these people know how they screw up peoples lives. Prices have gone up and families with children such as myself are struggling and I made this clear to them.

Trustpac will never have your best interest at heart. Their main targets are residents in GB, where all negative reviews come from. They have no intention to refund your money and there is no way you can achieve all the things they promised you. They are scum and very good it.

According to Samuel, my case has been passed back to Gavin Visser who was meant to call me back, no calls received so far, meaning they have no intention of returning my money. Jake was meant to call and provide me with an update about my money they claim they're trying to get back from the bank(where it got stuck).
From all indications, there is no intention of Trustpac giving me back my money, even after I have made it abundantly clear that all I want is my money back and I gave no intentions of doing any busy whatsoever with this company.

This is one experience that should be made in a programme such as dispatches or panorama and shown on TV to warn people of Trustpac.
I wouldn't mind partaking in this.

I think everybody I have dealt with at Trustpac has that trait of Tinder Swindler, who gets you to part with your money with no intention to give it back.

Hold on to your money, If you must invest, find a legitimate company who are FCA approved. TRUSTPAC is not FCA approved.

I am left with no choice but to engage experts to retrieve my money. Am not ready for more BS and lies.
