I recently applied for an apartment and I was denied because there was an eviction on my credit report. The eviction is falsely placed on my record. Trulia claim that they use some algorithm to arrange the photos in their ad. The algorithm is hugely flawed because their claim that they will choose the Kitchen or Living room as their main photo. Yet, they moronically put the toilet in the primary photo. Furthermore, they claim that they can't manually over-ride it. Below is all the details.

Trulia's algorithm claiming putting Kitchen and Living room photo as primary. Instead, it put a toilet photo as the primary. I alerted Trulia. These flawed programmers claim that there's nothing they can do. RIDICULOUS!

I have been in IT for 40 years. This bunch of Trulia programmers truly put the programmers/software engineers to disgrace. There's always a way to manually over right the stupid algorithm. Imagine if a programmer programs software that's no over-ride? We could have had a nuclear war long time ago.

Trulia doesn't even deserve a 1 star. If there's a negative star, it truly deserve it.

Last month I wrote about how Trulia was not sending me the real estate leads they told me they were yet still wanted to paid the full amount. I was promised 20-30 buyer leads a month with a guaranteed four seller leads. Last month I got four total buyer leads, this month 2 buyer leads and one seller lead. A supervisor at Trulia told me that even if they had send me zero leads, I still had to pay the full amount. I immediately shut down the credit card they had on file. They are now sending me threatening emails about sending me to collections.

So, my message to Trulia- if you want to see any more money from me, GET A COURT ORDER. Quit sending the threatening emails and attempts at intimidation. I have one simple policy - I DO NOT PAY FOR PROUCTS OR SERVICES I DO NOT RECEIVE.

I had a credit score of 499, I pay my credits and other bills on time, I have a regular credit card and a secured credit card.
