Crap, crap and more crap

New wireless router will not allow connection to internet with or without wire (in windows 10 upgrade). I requested help from phone tech support, and they offered to correct the problem for $69, or continued support for a year for $99. Pure BS! I bought a Linksys and had the same issue initially, but their tech support was great and solved the issue.
