Not only did it take 35 days for the 2 rugs I ordered to arrive (I was not informed that they would come on a very slow boat from China), they arrived in a package smaller than the Sunday newspaper. They're thin, small, and probably worthless. Communication from this horrible company was practically non-existent. When I wrote before Christmas asking when the rugs would arrive, I got no response. Several days after Christmas, I got an email with a tracking number that told me to check back later. Later, it said my package was in a warehouse in China somewhere. Never was I given an expected date of arrival. I will NEVER purchase from this scam outfit again. Beware.

Having already written about NO service, I have now tried the product (Tile Reformer).
The product is rubbish/! They show a demonstration video with the filler flowing easily and in straight lines -- in reality it is very difficult to squeeze and impossible to be straight on the grout between tiles. Trying to wipe off the excess also removes the grout line. Looking at the video again it looks like the lines are drawn graphically, and not real.

I purchased two pairs of these gloves. They were very ineffective. The bristles are so soft that they do not remove any food from your dishes. Also, because you have to put soap on the gloves, this means that when you rinse your dishes, you have to remove one glove off to ensure that all of the soap is removed from the dish. What is worse is the customer service. I emailed them to find out how to return them and they said they only accept unused items in their original packaging. How on earth is one supposed to know that their gloves are ineffective without trying them first? This company knows exactly what it is doing. It is selling an ineffective product and making it so that the product cannot be returned so that they can keep your money.

If I could rate this company a ZERO I would. First of all, why are you selling people that OWN Galaxy note 8, two shields for different phones, the other being a S8. Really, how is that a bonus when I dont own that type of phone. Second, you have no warranty and my flimsy "glass" shattered from one drop in a couple of days. I contacted customer service with no luck, not even offering a discount for another one. VERY GREEDY COMPANY! I'LL MAKE SURE I'M DEALING WITH U.S. COMPANIES FROM NOW ON!

I ordered a quilt from Gadgetvips and received a shipping confirmation via DHL. My order was shipped to ID when I live in MO. I contacted DHL and they gave me a company called Kairos in Buena Park, CA where they picked up the order. I have tried to contact both Gadgetvips and Kairos and all phone numbers are fax machine sounds or hang up on you. No one will respond to e-mail messages either. The Kairos is also from China so I believe they claim to send item but really do not, the weight on my order was not even a pound and we all know a quilt weighs more than 1 lb. Companies like this should be shut down immediately. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM TOTAL SCAM.
