I had the exact same experience with this company as the last review! Identical actually so I'm posting the same dam thing and telling people, "Do not buy from these scammers!"

Ordered a golf game. Paid $22.99 plus shipping Amounted to $55 Canadian Received 4 foam cat toy balls! They say I got what I ordered. Pic shows a game, not foam dollar store balls. Refund requested. So far denied. Will be taking this to higher authorities on complainants for trickery in advertising. Do NOT order from this company. Share your details with others. They need to be shut down.

Back on May 14,2020 I ordered 3 sets of Exercise Resistance Bands. My ordered didn't arrive until July 7,2020 and they sent me 3 little ropes instead of the 3 SETS OF EXERCISE BANDS for a total of $56.97. I have tried unsuccessfully to receive a refund of total purchase. Instead their final offer was 30% of which is approximately $17 off. I'm not paying $40.00 for 3 little ropes, or I can spend $20.00 and ship the ropes back! I shouldn't have to pay to send back something I didn't order! Don't order from this website!

On June 2nd I ordered 2 golf games from Treegens. I was told they were delivered on June 29th. There was no address on the tracking information with the exception of the City, State and zip code. So the product could have been dropped off at any residence in Highland. I do not provide my address to the shipping company Treegens does. I was home all day and have cameras outside my house and there was NO delivery to my house. I contacted UPS and they could not provide any additional information. I have been communicating through e-mail and they want ME to find out what happened which I tried. Now they want to compensate me with $5.00, which is not acceptable. Do not order from this company because they do not stand behind their product once it leaves their dock even if they provided incorrect information.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful experience. I would describe as a complete rip off. I want to ensure no one else gets tricked. No one should pay $58 with shipping and wait for more than 35 days for two yellow foam golf balls only. That is a complete rip off.

I reached out to inquire about only receiving the two golfs. I did receive a response that stated that is what I ordered.

I included the order confirmation stating outdoor golf game X 2 that pictured what I ordered, which should be more than two yellow foam golf balls. On the outside of the package received, it states quantity two golf balls $10 US dollars.

I went on to say if the full game was not what I ordered, then please tell me how I should return the two foam golf balls that I paid $58 for and I would like to return. The picture online is very misleading.

Their response: "you have ordered golf all only. There is no more item included.
You can check our web-store. As you are important Buyer and you are not satisfied we would like to offer you 15% refund to make you satisfy.
Thanks for your understanding".

I will be shocked if they refund me anything. I am planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company and Facebook since the add popped up in my Facebook feed.

Very disappointing experience. I could have bought an entire box of regular high end golf balls for less than $58.

They are scammers DO NOT BUY. You will not get the item they show in their ads and videos you will get some worthless piece of crap. I filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY!
