I have been using Travel Republic since 2011 1-3 times a year and have never had a problem with them and so easy to book and pay for. 2016 they emailed me to say they couldn't let us stay at the sol pelicanos as they were filming Benidorm and they made a mistake booking us in. They put us in the Melia which turned out to be 5 star luxury. They went over and above. Got refunded in full for our cancelled June holiday this year 2020 with no problem. Have booked up for 26 February 2021. Fingers crossed. Marcus.
Absolutely diabolical service - I arrived at the hotel to find the accommodation was not paid for and the hotel chain has had such a bad experience with the accommodation supplier (who I believe is owned by the same group as TR) that they asked me to pay for the accommodation again. This is despite yourselves having taken the money from myself 1 month earlier. Fortunately i was able to cover the hotel bill with my credit card but not everybody may be able to do that. It was a 4 day stay and Travel Republic finally paid on the 4th day

Have booked several group trips via this web site and have had no problems with the booking service. L The conditions of booking were clear and concise not hidden away in small print. Having had a bad experience with another site, will only be using this site from now on. Most of the poor reviews seem to be about the actual hotels and as such feel these complaints should be made directly to hotels concerned.
Good experience with Travel Republic
I recently booked two separate flights with them, realised within 6 hours that I'd booked the wrong dates. They were very helpful in changing them with no fee(as it was within 24hours), they called back when they said they would twice. No complaints it was my first booking with them and based on that would definitely use them again.
Have used these on loads of occasions from holidays to hotels. Their £1.00 deposit scheme has made it possible for me to treat my kids to a few trips away that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to afford. Reasonable priced holidays
Easy to use website for booking and customer service is excellent when I've needed to ring. Just booked a transfer through them a lot cheaper than hoppa so we'll see how that goes. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again
Booked through travel republic who were very efficient booked Thursday flight tickets hotel voucher and transfer voucher came by Monday morning Glenda was really nice nothing was a problem made the booking very easy we stayed at the hermes hotel mehmet and the staff were amazing and friendly the hotel was clean the cleaners made sure the towels every other day were fresh ones bedding was changed twice we only stayed one week the breakfast was plentiful if you wanted full english you could have one for a small fee if I go to marmaris again I would stay at hermes hotel we left at 1.50am Monday morning and mehmet and all the staff came to see us of nothing was too much trouble for them and there guests so thakyou travel republic and mehmet and the staff and guests at the hermes hotel.
Got a good rate on booking a Paris hotel for three nights in October 2010. No problems.
