We were treated like royalty at each and every safari lodge or hotel that we stayed in. This is mainly because this tour company cared so much about us and they would keep intouch with the lodge and camp managers to ensure we were feeling at home while on safari. At one point during our safari in Tanzania, our luggage got lost on one of the charter flights doing internal fly in tours at the Kogatende airstrip to Arusha, and Tranquil Journeys team were on top of this immediately, working with the airlines and the manager of the camp in the Serengeti National park near Mara river to ensure that our luggage did eventually arrive at our location in Tanzania. We were very thankful we got our luggage safe and intact on the very same day.
