SHOP-HERS made my dreams come true. I never thought I could afford a Chanel purse and I was afraid to buy one on an online site because I thought it might be a fake. I decided to take a chance and buy one on Shop-Hers. It was half the price, it was real and it looked new! It even came with a Chanel cover bag and authentication cards.

I typically like to research on a new company before buying from them or using their service. After reading the first few reviews I was doubting the legitimacy of the website but I heard many great things about them from friends and such so I disregarded the written reviews on here, after all, some people may just not know what they are talking about over one bad experience or a misunderstanding. I like to have the experience myself before having judgements unless of course it does seem sketchy, which in this case, not so much. In the first few weeks of having an account I purchased an amazing Fendi dress for a good deal. I bought it from a VIP client which meant that rather than coming from a private seller it came straight from the headquarters. I think that many customers don't think about the fact that if something may be wrong and it is bought from a private seller, the source of it most of the time will be the private seller (ex: umentioned broken button). Shop-hers is a platform between sellers and buyers, they do not purchase items and resell them like a consignment store. After my first purchase I also became a private seller, it was easy to use. I think from both ends as a buyer and a seller, so far I've had a good experience. They have great customer service as well.

I think I have turned into a Shop-Hers aholic! How easy to just look at your phone every morning for about 5 minutes to see what's new! Then if you see something that you like, press Purchase Now and it's your. What a wonderful experience to buy exceptionally high quality clothes and have them delivered right to your doorstep. BUT! The best feature of all is that if whatever you have purchased does not fit or does not suit your needs YOU MAY REURN IT! I have nothing but glowing comments to make about this shopping site. Every person I have ever dealt with at Shop-Hers has been nothing but kind and extremely helpful. I would recommend this online store to anyone!

This is my favorite site. I can be browsing on this site for hours everyday. Their live chat service is very helpful. My recent purchase was a Hermes bag that's over 1K, it's absoutely stunning, the bag is way nicer that the photos and is as described. I love their promotions and deals, I will highly recommend this site to girls who love luxury apparel.

Shop-Hers is one of my 2 favorite high end designer consignment shops online! The wonderful thing about Shop-Hers is that rather than having access to a store filled only with items that one person likes... you have access to hundreds of women's "closets" with hundreds of points of view, style choices. Price points, etc., etc. There truly is something for everyone... whether you are looking for a classic cashmere sweater, a pair of jeans, a Gucci handbag, a Rick Owens top, a cocktail dress, a ball gown, a Rolex or a paid of diamond earrings! They have 40-50% off sales frequently which makes shopping even more fun.
Anytime I haven't been happy with a purchase, whether it didn't fit or it just wasn't what I thought it would be, they've handled the return quickly and easily.
I probably log in more than I should, but I never want to miss out on something fabulous! Oh... one more wonderful thing... they give the option to make an offer on some items, which has scored me a fantastic deal more than once!

Since I bought my Fendi clutch on Shop-Hers, I've purchased a few more things. A beautiful pair of heels for my 16 year old and my 18 year old's prom dress. We live on the westside, and my daughter and I actually went into the headquarters to pick up the Giorgio Armani gown that we bought for prom. They let her try on the dress, which fit perfectly, and the ladies in the office were so sweet. They stopped everything to make my daughter feel like the belle of the ball! They oohed and ached, offered suggestions for shoes and a clutch. The dress was a steal, absolutely what the photos looked like, and I don't think any other girls at her prom will be wearing Armani.

All in all, it was another great experience with Shop-Hers!

1st purchase was a $550 Gucci bag. I messaged the seller 3 x's following purchase with no response, then bag shows up damaged with no shipment notification or tracking. Tradesy has no control over the seller. Returned the bag for a refund.
2nd purchase a $1500 Celine phantom, bag was a BAD fake! It had the classic seam across the bottom of replicas. Returned the bag for a refund.

Tradesy's sellers ship the item direct to you so YOU have to authenticate the bag. What if I didn't know the Celine was a fake? I'd be stuck with a $1500 replica.

I never go out of my way to write a review. Matter of fact, this is my very first time. I had a horrible experience ordering wedding items off of this site. I got my items all broken and apparently they have no control over a refund. My buyer and I have been TRYING to message each other back an forth, and she has been very understanding and willing to give my money back no problem. We both hate that I couldn't use the items. The company will not allow me to reply back to most of her messages when she ask what my paypal information is so she can return my money. I have called several times to the company and the customer service is not helpful. I did not pay for broken items, and if they don't keep you safe from these items being broken they should allow me to talk to my seller about the problem without blocking my messages.
