Honest - Friendly - Efficient

I placed an order for towels. A few hours later I realized I needed to cancel.
And so, the "fight" begins... most companies will not cancel no matter what.
BUT, TowelHub.com immediately canceled my order with no questions. They simply canceled the order.
This is unusual and deserves special recognition.
