I have won two contests, I won some bed sheets in The first contest, and the item is super luxurious. The next contest I won I elected to trade in my prize for 100 discount coupons. But where Total Trivia really shines is the customer service. I had am issue with getting my prize, the app says it typically takes 2 weeks for tour prize to be shipped. I was waiting for almost 2 months. I contacted customer service and they responded within 2 hours! They resolved the issue, which turned out to be my fault because I entered the address wrong, and had my bed sheet shipped the next day. And that arrived before the weekend. The swift response, courteousness of the customer service, and the quality of my item gave me complete confidence that I am dealing with a legit company that cares strongly about its customers and wants to build a lasting relationship with them. I dont play often, but I check the app everyday for new games. 5 stars for being as advertised, and 1 more for going above and beyond in customer service.

Believe it or not I have actually won a prize before. I was very leary as to if anyone actually won and in the first two weeks BAM, I won two bottles of cologne.
