PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - They are scam artists and do not deliver what you have ordered. When trying to return they just keep giving everyone the same advice - 'Try it again' seriously will trying it again make any difference - They refuse to refund you and just keep asking for more money so that they can send you another wig and expect you to pay the shipping fees. They refuse to give us their address so that we can return it and also refuse to refund. They will not allow you to send the wig back. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. The wig was also sent in a plastic bag - no box.

AVOID

1. Refused to cancel order even though I got in touch within 48 hours

2. Despite promising speedy delivery and a smooth return, it took over a month to receive my product.

3. Wig was itchy, I'll fitting and looked nothing like the picture

4. After WEEKS of asking for return address and a refund, I was constantly begged to reconsider and they tried to bully me into buying a different wig

5. Refused to give me a refund

I ordered a wig from this company, over £100, waited 2 months. Arrived in plain box, no paperwork, looked like a dead cat, very poor quality. Despite saying refunds possible, they refused. Do not use, based in China and suspect not registered

The customer service is shocking. Rude, non-responsive, would not allow me to cancel and extremely poor, dismissive service. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The wig was also rubbish when it came. Now battling a return process. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a wig from these people and can't believe the rubbish they sent to me. I asked for a refund but they refused and said to try it again. My goodness I feel totally ripped off and would love to see these rogues shut down.

The wig I ordered looked nothing like the photo and looked terrible. I contacted them by email the day after receiving the wig stating how it did not look good at all and was nothing like the photo in add. They told me to take to a hairdresser to cut it into the style. "REALLY". Have to be joking. After many emails going back and forth and them offering to make me another wig if I sent them more money and also offering me a refund of 10%, which was $14.00. "REALLY". Have to be joking. They ended up refunding me $50 After threatening them With contacting PayPal. I have to leave this review as if you think they are a money back guarantee company, forget it, they are not. Also, the wigs are nothing like the photos in there add.

I purchased a wig,paid nearly £200,I waited weeks for it to arrive,when it did eventually arrive I couldn't believe it,it was nothing like the style or colour I ordered,it is hideous,I've threatened them with Trading standards and a solicitor and they're still only offering me a 25% refund. Please do not buy from this company,it's a joke.

All the reviews are true I thought Paypal would protect me. Unfit for purpose, not as described, appalling customer contact. Tophair, Urhair and *******@gmail.com are connected. No addresses or telephone numbers!
Do not use these people, they will use you. Albeit they breach The Consumers rights Act 2015 Paypal did not protect me. Following advice from Which, I will seek advice from the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Future wigs will be bought from my usual honest retailer who has a telephone and UK address.

I ordered clippers on the 4th of November paid extra for priority express mail. Didn't receive a tracking number or confirmation until I called the next day asking for a refund. He was very rude told me my email wasn't working. That's the best excuse you can come up with? He told me I'm serving your tracking number and hung up on me. They don't respond to emails. They don't have hours up. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. It's November 06 and I still haven't revived my clippers or a refund on my shipping. Usps hasn't even received my package yet just a label was printed. I'm so mad I trusted an off brand site never again. I just want my money back. I needed theses for work.

Purchased a wig which turned out to be too small, colour not as described (ash blond not grey as requested). Contacted Tophairwigs and received what appears to be standard wording of"try it on again". Second mail dubious claims of handmade to order, expensive to produce etc. Third response, Send photograph to them of wig, and keep it as a spare if you order another at 20% discount. Fourth response, order another etc etc. All from Lucy.
At no stage was a returns address offered, nor anything other than a mild apology for the inconvenience felt. At no stage has a refund been offered even though it has been requested on all of our emails. I can only say I do not recommend this company or any of the other names it trades as, and I urge you to read their returns policy before parting with a penny.

If I could give them nil stars I would. The wig bore no relation to the one advertised. It was marmelade orange when it should have been hilighted blonde and it was a good 8 inches longer than advertised. It is HORRIBLE It is not fit for purpose and I am entitled to 100% refund. They advertise hat they refund if not satisfied. THIS IS A LIE.They have sent at least eight emails attempting to avoid their obligation. Everything from offering to make a new one at half price, swapping it for another from a totally unsuitable selection for postage of £35 and a 10% refund now upped to 15% with the threat that if I don't accept it I will get nothing. I am now going to take it to the statutory authorities.
DON'T GO NEAR THEM

I ordered hair from this company on last Thursday and received it on Saturday. I am pleased with the quick turnaround, the accuracy of my order and the affordable flat rate shipping fee. I was hesitant to purchase from this store with all of the negative comments in the reviews, but could not find the hair that I wanted locally, so I took a chance and glad I did. Top hair wigs.com came through for me and I will be using them again.

I GAVE PLENTY OF TIME AND IN MY OWN RIGHTS TO CANCEL ORDER OF WHICH HAS BEEN REFUSED. TRYING TO OFFER ME 30% OF A REFUND FOR SOMETHING I HAVENT EVEN RECIEVED. IN THE PROCESS OF REPORTING THIS COMPANY WHO HAVE GOT A TRACE ON ALL EMAILS ITBIS NOW CONSIDERED THEFT
