I want to return item colour and style not suitable but company proving difficult and unhelpful. Only offering 25-30% back. Nightmare!

The worst company ever. Useless products, no returns. A complete rip off. Please do not purchase and support this company.

I purchased hair from this retailer and unfortunately it was the wrong type of hair. But to an even bigger disappointment, the return process was HORRID! It took me 3 weeks to finally get someone to respond to my messages. None of my communications via the website were responded to. The emails I replied to were not responded to either. It was only when I started a dispute through PayPal (love them for that) did they bother to respond and then questioned me about having used to proper email/communication to get a hold to them. Really though? I shop online ALL the time. I know what I'm doing. To add insult to injury, when I finally did get them to tell me I could send the hair back, they slapped me with a 15% restocking fee! I was going to try to sell the hair on my own to try to get more of my money back and then I thought, "Heck no!" They are not keeping more than that 15% of my money. I will definitely stay away from this vendor. I have never paid a fee to send something back. Outrageous!

I ORDERED 5- JARS OF 14 OZ BLACK BEE'S WAX@ $3.99 EACH, LOL, THIS IS WHAT THEY ADVERTISED, I GOT AN E-MAIL FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY AN THEY STATED THAT, THE 14 OZ JAR OF BLACK BEE'S WAX@ $3.99 ISN'T CORRECT, THAT THE BLACK BEE'S WAX FOR $3.99 IS ACTUALLY A 3.5 OZ JAR... OMG... SMH. THEY SAID THAT THE 14 OZ JAR IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT WITH THE PRICE N THE AD STATED $3.99 WAS INCORRECT N THAT THEY UPDATED THE AD, AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER N I PAID FOR 5 JARS OF 14 OZ BLACK BEE'S WAX FOR $3.99, PLUS $8 POSTAGE FEE... LOL, SMH... THAT WAS YESTERDAY MORNING, NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS OR RETURN MY CALLS... I HOPE THEY REFUND ME MY MONEY. THAT'S FALSE ADVERTISING...

This is my experience with this company Top Hair Wigs, I would never recommend them. They don't returned phone calls or any of my E-Mails, that is in regards to the error they made when preparing my order and my refund, In addition to my pain and suffering that I am experiencing with this company I had purchased Zury brand wet and wavy Indian Remey Brazilian wave 14 inch, they sent me Milky way brand. I called and spoke to a male voice he reassured me that he would sent me a returned label and how sorry he was about my inconvenience when they had prepared my package, that returned label never came I had to pay FedEx out of my pocket to returned their error. The item was delivered by FedEx and I am still waiting and waiting for my refund.

I ordered my wig, got it in about 2 weeks, a little small, I emailed them, got a reply saying try it on again and adjust it, this has went on for 3 weeks, back and forward with emails, I just couldn't believe this woman I was speaking to, Lucy was her name, please please, please, do not order as much a Kirby grip from this company, I'm sure the wig they sent was made for a child. Probably one that has been returned, as you can probably tell I'm getting more angry as I write this. I do apologize for my rant, but please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
IT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AÑD CLOSED DOWN, AND RHE OWNER PROSECUTED. They have forced meto give them one star, I don't even want to do that, but it won't let me submit my review if I don't, rip off company, DO NOT BUY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.!

Purchased a real hair wig from this company. What i recieved looked nothing like the wig i ordered and had no lace front advertised in their discription. I emailed customer services and included photographs of the wig and requested a return address and a refund. I had a reply from Lucy asking me to keep the wig as they would not be able to resell it and offered to send a stock wig as compensation and requesting 20 GBP to cover shipping cost. I declined and again requested a refund.the next email suggested i wash and comb it and try it again and offered me a 10GBP in compensation. After many more emails requesting a return address and refund i have recieved replies offering silly amounts of compensation and offeres to remake the wig if i send them more money. I am still sending emails and the replies from Lucy are beginning to look like copies of emails they have already sent. I am no longer sure i am addressing real person. This is a company without scruples or any moral code. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!
