I recently signed up for a jobs website and that included a CV analysis. I hadn't refreshed the feel of my CV in years and the CV analysis showed. I signed up for the service and got a great first draft that better caught my skills and experiences. I worked with the assigned reviewer and over a few sessions refined it to better capture what I wanted to say. Overall a great experience and a satisfactory product, I honestly thought about but wasn't prepared to utilize another service but may still do in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised on the speed and quality of the review overall.
As for improvement points, it was so fast and prompt that I first believed to be something automatic instead of a real person doing it.
The first part did sound a bit mechanic.

As improvement points, I suggest you start with something informal, ice breaker because it sounded like it was a standard response.

For many months, years I had the advertise to review my CV and I always postponed and did it by myself. Finally, I decided to do it to use the service and it was excellent, in two days I had my first CV and cover letter draft which were perfects I look for improvements, but I could not find any. Seeing the god job done, I decided to do my LinkedIn too, well done.

I sent my resume in the hope of being written by a professional HR from my field. However, even after two revisions what I got was my resume just paraphrased and a little different format. I didn't find the writer skillful enough who can add her contributions to it. There is no difference in interview calls after using a resume made by TopCV. I would say that it was a complete waste of money.
