I have tried many but i can say TCB is most efficient and quick way to get cash back. Love application layout and how easy is to navigate.

The virtual card can typically only be used if you can pay fully using the card, so if you don't have enough or have too much, it may not work. Some retailers may allow partial payment, in which case you would be able to use the card.

I'm extremely disappointed with TopCashback. After patiently waiting for nearly two years for a cashback to be confirmed, I was suddenly informed that the merchant denied the claim, and TopCashback could do nothing about it. What's worse is that I had provided all necessary details and proof of the transaction, including the merchant order confirmation. Despite this, I received no help or resolution—just a canned response shifting the blame entirely to the merchant. There's no ETA, no visibility into cashback timelines, and no warning if something changes. If a merchant can revoke cashback years after the transaction, what's the point of using the platform? TopCashback seems to have no policy or accountability structure in place to protect the user or challenge unfair denials. This experience has completely shattered my trust in TopCashback. I will never use it again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before relying on cashback that might never arrive—no matter how long you wait or how much proof you provide.

I bought some liquor at Total Wine & More, going through TopCashBack, in early March. 6 months later, after multiple back and forths, see this absolute disgrace of an answer TCB gave to get out of paying me: Sep 03 2023 Hi there, Unfortunately in this case the retailer has awarded the commission (cashback) for your sale to another affiliate. These other affiliates can include rival cashback portals, comparison sites or even a simple click on a Google ad. This has resulted in the tracking cookie not linking back to TopCashback. We are not denying that you clicked-through to make the purchase from your TopCashback account, but certain aspects can have a negative effect on your transaction tracking and TopCashback not being recognized as the 'last referrer' of the sale. Reasons for a retailer making this decision can include: -If your computer cookies were not cleared before making a transaction -Another website, cashback portal, pop-up advertisement, search engine or comparison site may have linked to your transaction -Coupon codes which are not advertised by TopCashback. -Using ad-blockers on your browser These are only suggestions, however, as the retailer does not advise us which of these is applicable in your particular case.
