My wife and I ran into a problem on our return from Europe flights, as the connecting late afternoon domestic flight CLT-RSW no longer existed. This was discovered just 48 hours before our European departure.

Flighteliteclass reacted very quickly on very short notice. Instead of HAM-MUC-CLT-RSW they rerouted us: HAM-EWR-RSW. We saved one stop and arrived several hours early in RSW. That was a true first class salvation.

Leo was outstanding. When the first option had too long of a layover, he persisted and got us a great itinerary.
