I will be honest, since covid sometimes shipping times are slow, but this company is awsome. Ive bought welcome to night vale merch on their website maybe once or twice a year since at least 2017. Theyre shirts and mugs are awsome quality. Neither of them fade or fall apart over time as you wash them. Some shirt styles are also really really soft. Last week I had ordered two things seperately, so i thought Id reach out and ask if they could could ship them together and save packaging. They did it! They responded so fast and even refunded me the shipping on one of the orders. Its not amazon its a small company with people working really hard to do the most they can. Ive never had a bad experiance, just know sometimes shipping takes a bit lately.

I ordered a t-shirt to support the Alice Isn't Dead Podcast, I really love the design. However, my shipment was really late, it took almost 3 weeks. I tried to cancel it, but the message was ignored. When I got my item, it was very small. I understand women's sizes are difficult, but my shirt was a large, it I could barely get it over my chest. I would like an exchange, it the process would entail me opening a support ticket, and paying to have it ship out. It doesn't seem worth it, which is a shame since I want to support the podcast, and I really do like the shirt design.

They offer good designs. But the item is ill-sized. What I ordered would not fit a 6 year old child and is labeled 2x. The return policy on the site says:

It works like this. If you got the wrong thing and its our fault, let us know within 90 days by submitting a support ticket and when we get it well apologize about a million times and then ship the correct thing to you as fast as we can, along with a paid return shipping label.

Now they want me to pay the shipping to me and the return shipping. I can't understand why this is MY fault. This is the absolute worst customer service online. It would be helpful to have MINUS stars for the rating. They deserve none at all.

I bought several Homestuck shirts from this website. I learned my lesson the third time.

The size charts are horribly misleading. I bought a shirt--it was too small. And it wasn't what I ordered AT ALL. When I complained they gave me the run around and I decided it wasn't worth it.

A while later I purchased a certain shirt but they shipped me the wrong one. It wasn't too big of a deal. It was a logo I could deal with I suppose. So I kept the shirt AGAIN. After my last experience with "complaining" I decided against it. I felt uncomfortable if I raised concern.

The last time I decided to buy a shirt (as you can't purchase this merchandise anywhere else) I opted for buying 3 sizes too big for me (and I bought it in men's sizes). Well they sent me the American Apparel (which for some reason runs REALLY small and is the only choice women have unless they want to buy a men's size) and it was 3 sizes too small. Irony.

Not very organized. Shipments arrive way too late. Customer service is awful despite what you hear about them doing "extra" stuff for you when you put it in that little 'notes' box.
