Just bought a highlighter for my sister and she has been loving it. The quality and the texture is too good. Great product.
I placed my very first order during the Black Friday sale from too faced website and paid fee for international shipping. About 3 weeks later all I received is a empty box with a concealor sample in it. I contacted toofaced customer services and every time they provided me different answers. First they claimed that I will receive rest of my item within 2days, then there is nothing. After that they told me they will reship it again,,, many days has passed still nothing. At the end after many calls and emails ( almost a month later) they decided to issue me a refund... they do not care about how much time they had wasted, no consideration towards their customers.
Do not order it from the website! Unless you want to waste your time and deal with their unprofessional services. The fact that they shipped a empty box tells all.
Too faced is good brand. Quality of product is excellent and the results are amazing. Delivery is fast. Service is good and helpful. Prices are affordable. Recommended to friends.

I own all of the diamond fire too faced highlighters! My favorite shade out of the 3 is the diamond fire. It has such a beautiful shine and I am a sucker for cute packaging! I love how the box looks like a ring box!

I got my package in the mail and when I open the tube of mascara it was ALLLLL clumps, the brush looked nothing like the sample and looks smooshed. I tried to apply it and it was awful. I'm upset
Pineapple paradise highlighter and bronzer are cool. And they cost just $30. It looks quite natural on the skin, no traces on clothes.
I ordered Better than sex mascara/eyeliner duo. I understand that it took a long time to deliver do to the crisis. However when I received the products, my mascara was dry. I had to add water to it, and still doesn't do it. The eyeliner was fantastic. I have emailed and tried to get through to them but they do not respond!
I placed an order on 4-28 and it is now 5-12 and I have yet to receive my product however I did receive two emails wanting to know how satisfied I was with my order in my product I have contacted the company three times and have received one email stating that someone would contact me shortly, which nobody did. I received another email stating that I would receive an email once my item was shipped. I am still waiting on that email and my product. I have ordered from two other separate companies and have received both orders. I will not order from this company again I do however like their product line and will continue to order it from some other vendor.
