13 inch containers were bigger than expected. Large size plant containers.

Easy to order. I like that the care instructions are easy to find. And of course I have zero problems with pricing.

I ordered 24 plants. I could only locate 22. The plants, the size of my thumb were separated from the dirt during shipping and hard to find. I will be shocked if they survive.

It would help if the email for the review listed WHAT I purchased! I'm landscaping a side yard so I'm ordering a lot of plants online and I don't recall that your info with the plant had anything about TN nursery on it, so I don't know what I'm supposed to review. However, everything I've ordered has arrived with no problems, on time and healthy. They are all flourishing so I suppose that's a good review.

So far only 3 out of the 6 lily pads have sprouted. I'll give it some more time and hope for the best.

I've placed two orders with TN Nursery looking forward to growing native fruit trees. Prices were great and the trees arrived. One has now died (a PawPaw) and the others are looking sickly (Persimmons) I e-mailed TN Nursery because it falls within the 1 year warranty. They sent a form to fill out, which I did, and have heard nothing back in 2 weeks. There's no credit to my account. I also ordered apple trees (4 different varieties) which came with labels loose in the box. I wrote to ask how I'm supposed to identify them for planting. Different varieties cross-pollinate. They said "maybe" if I sent pictures they could tell but they couldn't promise. That was their solution, so I had to plant them all close together which I hadn't planned on. I don't think I'll be purchasing anything more from this company in the future.

I had a little trouble ordering on this website because at first the buy one get one free showed up on the order form and then my order disappeared and when I tried to do it again, it didn't show BOGO, so I wasn't sure if I got the deal or not, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got my order because not only did I receive two of everything I received 4 to 6 of everything.

Difficult to navigate erratic ordering process. Should have stopped.

So far, so good! I had a slight hiccup with delivery due to incomplete address information, but customer service quickly helped me rectify the matter & get my plant!

I opened the package,pencil sized plants,no leaves,just roots. I followed the instructions and all of the plants are doing well.

The company advertises sending dormant plants of daylillies. I received very small bulbs. Hope they grow!

Easy to shop & pay. Made two orders one day apart. Received them promptly and into the ground! Happy to have bareroots to get an early startwith this shady damp area behind the house. It will be beautiful with the cinnamon fern & my flying critters will be so happy!

Ordering was simple and easy. I planted them immediately and they've taken root.

Site is easy to navigate, and checkout was quick. I ordered eight roots and was sent 12. They were all planted the same day they arrived, can't wait for Spring!

Once I figured it out, it was very easy to do. The plants were received a day early. And I have them already planted. Very pleased with them.
