Placed an order on 4/6/22 and it ha snot shipped and when I contacted to inquire about what is going on with my order no one has responded to me. Not happy.
Ordered 2 trees and they arrived when I expected and as described, waiting on spring to see final results but based on past orders I won't be disappointed. Great selection and website!

We ordered a viburnum last year and planted it in the early fall. It was shipped in a dormant state. We planted it as directed, made sure to protect it from snow/salt during the winter, and took care of it during the Spring. It is now June, and the other viburnums I planted (from a different source) are all budding. The one from TN Nursery still looks like we planted a stick in the ground. I contacted customer service several times and was assured as long as the scratch test showed green under the bark it would "eventually green out". The last scratch test we did shows that the plant is no longer viable. In order to receive a replacement plant, we have to pay 50% of the cost PLUS shipping. We decided it is not worth the risk, as I have low confidence that another plant will thrive. I would advise customers to be careful about ordering the plants that are shipped in the dormant state - the only way the warranty covers full cost is if the plant dies within 90 days; with dormant plants you have to wait until the next season so your purchase is never fully covered.

I ordered 11 maple viburnum, Viburnum acerfolium. While the height was good, the root mass was pitiful. In addition, there was inadequate moisture-retaining material around the roots. I took a picture because I was concerned they were not well rooted. The picture shows the root mass for 11 shrubs. I should have returned them immediately, but I assumed that the company would only send plants that would grow. I immediately soaked them and planted them individually in free-draining potting soil to allow them to put on some growth before planting them in their permanent location. They were placed in a protected location and monitored regularly for growth. As a garden professional, I know how to care for dormant plants. Unfortunately, only one plant survived to show a small amount of growth, now 5 weeks after receipt. Needless to say, the company will not refund my money or offer a replacement. They expect you to reject dormant plants within 24 hours. I gave them the benefit of my doubt, I urge you not to make the same mistake.

I think there was some leakage from the packaging. The underside of the shipping box was soaking wet and the seedlings could have fallen out (thankfully they didn't).
I ordered a honeysuckle plant as well as a black berry and raspberry bush. Both came packaged very well, was able to plant right away without issue. I can't wait until summer to see them in bloom!

BEWARE EVERYTHING GREEN. ONLINE TREE NURSERIES IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH! I rdered 100 Murray Cypress trees at a cost of over$300.00 They are not winter hardy in zone 6 as the company promised. I went to great expense and work to use the best soil, and followed their planting instructions to the letter. Even put up 8 foot deer fencing all around. I now have an 8 foot deer fenced property with 100 brown dead trees! I've contacted the company EVERTHING GREEN at least 30 times over the months and they say they are on it! On what? I wonder? Please do yourself a favor and avoid the disappointment and wasted $$$ STAY AWAY FROM EVERYTHING GREEN... I suggested a name change... Everything brown or dead

On august 6th 2023. I placed an order for waxy privet. The same day i canceled the order do to a change in plans. This type of order would not be filled until the end of October 2023. When i called to cancel the order the lady stated that it was no problem, and to expect a full refund including shipping charges, but processing would take up to 12 days. I never received the refund and have since called the 2 numbers on the site everyday. Multibke times a day with no answer. I contacted them via chat from the site and they stated that the refund would be processed within 7 days, but with a 20% restocking few. After that period expired with no fefund i contected them again via chat and they said sorry we will refund withing 3 days. A week has gone by and still no refund! This is a horrible company to do business with. Still trying to get my refund to no avail! Please do not do business with this company

I was scammed by this company. Purchased 2 crepe myrtle trees. I should have been suspicious when the package weighed on 1LB. Dead on arrival. Im usually quite vigilant, but they scammed me.

I ordered 9 giant ostrich ferns in February and they arrive as a bunch of skinny dried up roots. I was told to plant them anyway. They had not come up by May so I contacted them again. I was told they wouldn't come up till June. June passed, still no life. I requested a replacement and was asked to take pictures of the plants y. They didn't come up so all I could take a picture of was the burial spot. They assured me they would reshoot in June. Did not receive anything so I contacted them again. They asked for more pictures and now tell me they will only send them if I pay $25 in postage to ship them. There is no warranty to replace your plants. They play these games back and forth hoping you'll just give up. They never intended to mail replacements. I plan to let all my friends and family about their horrible service and warranty (lack of) I intend to spread the word to all my plant forums, BBB, attorney general and anybody else I can tag o to with this review. I'd never order anything from them again! They lie!

I ordered bamboo plants almost 2 weeks ago. It stated 5 plants per package. I ordered 45 pkgs for a total of 225 plants. I called the day after I ordered to confirm my order since i ordered on a Sunday. The lady in customer service pulled up my order and confirmed that I would receive 225 plants.
My order came 4 days later but was short 180 plants.
I called immediately and no one on the phone could help me and said I would need to email customer service. I did several times with very little response.
They finally emailed 6 days later and said my order was complete and refused to send me my remaining plants or refund my money.
Thankfully I screenshoted their website stating it was 5 plants per package. They conveniently changed their website today and changed it to 1 plant per package for a little over $4 each. Instead of 5 plants for $12.99 or $14.99.
I had to dispute the charges because the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced from any company.
Beware ordering from this company. Learn from my bad experience.
