Had a issue with a refund one bag was inside another got one refund only the manager in broadmead was akward tajhna { she never smiles in there} but lovely solari of customer service stepped in so proffesional kind helpful shes amazing an asset to tkmaxx if only there were more people in the world like solari.i was somewhat bad tempered on the phone so apologised just fed up of so much she couldnt have been more helpful kind bless solari THANKYOU she sorted the issue out

Ordered several items, polo shirt, drinks bottle, and electrical equipment. Free delivery, and five days promised. Given the mix I though I might have issues, but delivered well packed in a large sturdy box, on time, I was kept informed right through the process. One of my main on line stores now. If I ever have to return items, this dome with argument or fuss by TK Maxx staff. Can't fault.

I truly love this store! The clothes here are amazing, the prices are quite reasonable and delivery is always on time and in great condition!

Just not worth ordering from, Ordered a pair of boots size 6 and size 7 arrives (this is second time) ring up and very nice on phone, but told 6 and 7 sit on same shelf and they never check (stop doing that then! It's not rocket science!) Do mangers read these reviews for goodness sake! Told even if I order again likely the same thing will happen (what?) So one pair of size 6 left and I have two wait up to two days for them to call back while customer service wait on an email back. (I mean it's 2022 for goodness sake) So same as last time I won't get my boots it's pathetic! Waste of time time and money!

It was my wife's birthday i have ordered 12 different items. It said in the website it should arrive in 5 days. 5 th day didn't arrive.6th i have contacted them didn't arrive evri by the way wortd delivery company you can't contact them.day 7 I contacted tkmaxx custemer service again they said sorry just wait. My wife birthday passed. I was checking the parcel every day day 12-13 goes on same story. At the end day refunded me which is i lost 14 days plus up to 14 days to get my money back.
Ruined the birthday for me. I hope you dont do the same mistake. Sorry they offered me 10£ gift card for it all. I said keep it and spend it to customer service

Served yet again in this store by a beautiful, chirpy, bubbly lady. How she keeps smiling all day I have no idea but well done!

T K Maxx purports to be an outlet for "designer" brands but the only reasonable styles for Giants or dwarfs. The regular sizes are rubbish and not worth the time and effort involved in elbowing the misguided Nigerian seaman out of the way. Give it a miss.
