I have used many online gambling sites and am happy with most of them, I tried this one and I have NEVER had so much trouble finding what I was looking for and placing a bet.
In the end I did and won a small amount of money (£15.85) which I tried to withdraw.
I could not do this as I had a message saying that the minimum I could withdraw would be £20.00 as I paid though PAYPAL.

THE ODDS FOR CERTAIN BETS ARE SET OUT IN "VERY AMBIGUOS WAYS AND ARE NOT VERY CLEAR.

I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

STAY AWAY! The worst betting company i have ever used by an absolute mile, you can open an account, deposit and bet as much as you like, but as soon as you withdraw the scam starts. I appreciate many companies may ask for proof of ID, card etc. But with this company they will not accept it, what ever you send in they will allways find a flaw with it and reject it it is literally laughable. After 3 bank letters, 1 passport, 1 credit card and 1 bank statement they STILL said the docs had not fulfulled the requirements - all taken with Iphone 6 camera. STAY AWAY!

Won £2000 took my £20 deposit without asking who i was or my age, sent driving licence and bank statement wich was stamped in the branch, and says printed in branch, and they said it failed on the quality of the picture even tho it was uploaded by a scaner, my licence was accepted when i uploaded useing a scanner, but oviously they dont want to pay out, never had problems on any other site. Titanbet are scam artist. Stay well away they are $#*!s...

Appalling. Got invited to a bonus by email which then turned out to be an accumulative bonus although this was not ever mentioned. On my £300 deposit I got a £150 bonus and had to bet a total of £3150 to redeem the bonus. The bonus took 2 days to start registering my bets and then when I passed the target amount as they call it, they refused to give me the £100 stake on a void bet back. They argues it was void because I had passed the total, no it was void because it hit the line. Then they started saying any open bets after that stage of reaching the target are cancelled and the stakes lost. Also adding you have already won 3 times your bonus. Its irrelevant how much I have won. So by their reckoning if I had a £******* bonus balance and had £9995 of open bets when a £5 bet took me over the amount needed, I would lose the £9995. That is not the case at all. Customer service and live chat are both rude, arrogant and have incredibly poor knowledge of markets and betting. They do not even understand what a void bet is. Currently escalating my dispute. Sad thing is I used to bet big money with them and they would lose my custom over this. No wonder they will never be mainstream. Better odds and lines available elsewhere.

I registered an account, tried to deposit a few days later. Deposit would not go through. Emailed support... they advised it was Safari. I tried Firefox and it worked. Chose to deposit £50 with Skrill... "error not working contact support" I proceeded to online chat... Titan Bet advised I didn't have enough money in my Skrill account and to contact Skrill support instead. Total BS!

Tried to deposit again but with £100 instead of £50, bang, it went through to the final stage. I cancelled at the last minute and queried why £50 would not go through but £100 would. Rude Alison on chat responded with internal check BS! Seriously? I'm a girl that never had not one bookie or casino account until I discovered match betting a few weeks ago.

FYI, before I spoke to rude Alison on chat, I spoke to 3 others that same day. They all stated they would check my account. Not one mentioned any random issues. They only provided fake solutions that did not work.

My account is not suspended as of yet btw. I've since emailed them to request account closure. I don't give a monkey's what there problem is. It is there problem after all. I simply enjoy writing reviews: D

I don't normally do reviews but after viewing the reviews on here about TitanBet I thought I would give my opinion. I joined this week after receiving an email with certain casino bonuses. I joined and made my first deposit but didn't receive the bonuses the email mentioned. I contacted there customer services via the live chat option which was a little frustrating in itself as they were very slow in replying or I kept getting logged out. Eventually I was told I had to make a sports bet to qualify for a bonus which I found confusing because the bonuses I was originally offered were for there casino. Anyway I laid my sports bet and received the bonus, as I thought the bonus was to use in the sports part of the site and not the casino. I contacted them again via live chat and was told because I had laid a sports bet I now no longer qualified for the casino bonuses which was quite annoying, however in all fairness to them they did offer match my remaining balance that I had deposited to use in the casino which was the original offer I should have received. After using the casino and placing a couple of sports bets I managed to get up to just over £1800, I had read the reviews on here so I was dreading attempting to withdraw it but within 12 hours I had an email stating my withdrawal has been processed, they did not ask for any age verification details and It said I should expect it in my account within 4 - 7 working days. Overall reasonably happy with my experience so far with TitanBet but there are definitely places they could improve

ON 20/2/16 i won the progressive jackpot on the slot game The Glass Slipper. The game froze, i had a line of glass slippers, and i sat there for about 7 mins thinking that must be a big win, oblivious to what had happened, i then re loaded the game, my balance was at £100, 00, 000 something I had never seen before! Titan bet then closed the game and reloaded my balance was nothing of the sort. And infact the game never paid out. STILL waiting on reply from them. Titan bet is juat crap but to say that i deposited 30 pound via my phone bill and got a 30 pound bonus i played a lot that night and there terms where wager 2500 and after that keep what you win i played and won 800 pound then they said my account had to be verified so did all that over all they have approved my wivdrawal of 800 pound at 4.37 am on the 11th of the 12 so this morning and im wating for it to go into the bank the thing is my bank dont hold money for any period of time so i am hoping itll go in today and im never macking another deposit on there so in a way 1_0 to me

Firstly, their system told me my first deposit had not got in, so I tried again in order to benefit from their alleged welcome offer. When I finally logged in I saw they had deducted 100 pounds from my account instead of the original 50 that I wanted to place. When I tried to withdraw it, they started asking me for all sorts (proof of address, photo of my credit card, passport, etc). I sent it all and then withdrew my money, which cancelled their offer. But, in fact, I couldn't even withdraw it as they are now asking for a phot of my passport (apparently a scan is not enough), ANOTHER photo of my credit card and another proof of address. It is an absolute scam, AVOID AVOID, AVOID

This company is ridiculous I actually won £110 and went to withdraw they stated that they needed ID so I sent my bank card front and bank albeit with some of my card number covered up as they requested, a copy of my passport and driving license I then was advised that they had received this but was invalid and that I will have to post copies to their offices in Phllipenes I told them that i was not prepared to send my ID via post to a completely different country as if somebody got hold of my details they could use my details to obtain all sorts of credit. When you ring the line just goes silent its as if they cannot understand you or are just winding you up. I have sent pictures of my ID again to the email they provided. I am more likely to win the lottery this weekend then to ever see my winnings they also told me it may not be in GBP and also may be paid via a different payment method I will never ever use this site again its absolutely diabolical, I was wondering if there is anywhere we can report this company they cannot get away with what they are doing to people. Please be advised, if you look back you will find that i was one of the very first punters who exposed these bunch of despicable crooks, i put the warnings out there for all to see yet month after month i am still seeing more and more reviews from disgruntled punters who haven't been paid out or are going through the same old fake ID scam bull$#*!. Please take no notice of people who have apparently awarded them 5 stars they are probably just as fake as the company, they probably work for them. I signed up, deposited £100 and away I went. I didn't click to accept any bonuses or enter any promo codes. I just wanted to put money in, play and that was it. I immediately noticed that my balance was £200, so I checked my deposit history and nope, I definitely only deposited £100. So I thought "Cool, I've got £100 bonus credit to blow and probably earn a few points with and then once I've spent that, the final £100 will be my own to win/lose as I like." WRONG.

I eventually lost the first £100 of the £200 I started with and was now in, what I thought, was my £100 balance that I originally deposited. I won some, lost some, but eventually played enough and wanted to withdraw what I had left. It wouldn't let me.

I spoke to Live Chat support and they said I had to wager a further £5500 until I could unlock my money. Pardon? Yes you read that right. So I phoned Titanbet and explained the situation and that I wanted to withdraw money that, I felt, was rightfully mine to do as I liked with. She reiterated what was said to me on Live Chat and said she'd pass my request on to another team.

Best bit coming now... She said that when I noticed that an extra £100 had been added to my balance I should have; contacted Titanbet, asked them to remove it and asked for no more bonuses, then apparently there wouldn't have been an issue. It's so terribly immoral it is genuinely funny. I love the fact that a group of "business" people have likely sat down for a meeting and genuinely agreed to operate a business like this. Scary.

Anyway, waiting for my money to be returned and fingers crossed it will. Otherwise it's time to take it to the relevant authorities and commissions! It seems like what they are doing is so borderline illegal.

I wish I had read these reviews before opening an account. I deposited my 20 and got a 30 free bet, no problem there. I won my first bet, so I decided to withdraw 50. Then came the ID requirement, I sent in numerous copies of ID and other documents only to be told that none was valid followed by lots of other excuses. I have now faxed in my ID to a London number!?
I'm not holding my breath and fully expect to never get my winnings. I will however be reporting them to the police and hope something will be done.

All my details have finally been verified. After a dozen+ emails and 2 faxes! I am now able to withdraw my winnings. Wait for it though... i have been advised they will process it in 24-48 hours and they might process it thru a different payment method even though I only used one, using my debit card! ALSO it won't necessarily be paid back to me in GBPs as they deal through diff banks... WTF! I now wait and see how much if or when I actually get it! PMSL!

I FINALLY got my money into my bank account after 11 days, dozens of emails, 2 faxes and 2 very long phone calls. Phew! I had actually given up hope of getting it but i had to look twice at my account to make sure!
Obviously I will never be placing a bet with this company EVER again, so their loss but my advice to anyone considering joining these people is... DON'T!
Customer service are very polite but operate to a script and all your deposits will be fine along with their bonuses, BUT when it comes to paying out then the fun begins! Good luck to anyone who does join them... BE WARNED!
