Very unhappy to say I also just got screwed over by the website. I am asking myself over & over again - WHY didn't I check the reviews for this site before depositing my money?!

They have taken £1,100 from me linking it to hidden terms which were never shown to me in any way shape or form. I am furious, upset and cannot believe I was naive enough to get involved with a corrupt company.

If this backyard dodge shop has an office in London, there's no doubt I'd be making an appearance...

I had no problems depositing or withdrawing. I forfeited my bonus on purpose so I didn't have to do the wagering requirements. I then deposited a couple of times and got a decent win and withdrew my winning (few hundred profit, nothing major). After I had requested the withdrawal I got an email confirming it, but it said about trying to refund the money by same way as deposit but might have to pay by a different way and that it might be in a different currency. I was a bit worried at this stage so I started searching online and came across these reviews, then I was very worried as there seems to a lot of bad reviews. But a day later I got another email saying my withdrawal was approved. I didn't have to send them any photographic ID or anything and the money was in my account a few days later. All in all a decent gambling site with a good selection of games.

Hi Guys. Just reading through some of the reviews i am shocked to see that anybody has had any issues with TitanBet at all! I do not get the chance to use the site much because i am very ill but whenever i do use the site i find it really easy to navigate and quick to use. The live chat helpers are supremely helpful and always go the extra mile to help me as i am not the greatest when using my computer haha. They have also been very generous with free bets. Just the other day i had come out of hosipital and checked my account and they had put £5 free in my account for me to use. I have told all of my mates and family that like a punt to sign up to TitanBEt as i think that highly of the site. Before u think because of these bad reviews u wont give the site a chance, have a go yourself. You wont regret it.

I don't normally do reviews but after viewing the reviews on here about TitanBet I thought I would give my opinion. I joined this week after receiving an email with certain casino bonuses. I joined and made my first deposit but didn't receive the bonuses the email mentioned. I contacted there customer services via the live chat option which was a little frustrating in itself as they were very slow in replying or I kept getting logged out. Eventually I was told I had to make a sports bet to qualify for a bonus which I found confusing because the bonuses I was originally offered were for there casino. Anyway I laid my sports bet and received the bonus, as I thought the bonus was to use in the sports part of the site and not the casino. I contacted them again via live chat and was told because I had laid a sports bet I now no longer qualified for the casino bonuses which was quite annoying, however in all fairness to them they did offer match my remaining balance that I had deposited to use in the casino which was the original offer I should have received. After using the casino and placing a couple of sports bets I managed to get up to just over £1800, I had read the reviews on here so I was dreading attempting to withdraw it but within 12 hours I had an email stating my withdrawal has been processed, they did not ask for any age verification details and It said I should expect it in my account within 4 - 7 working days. Overall reasonably happy with my experience so far with TitanBet but there are definitely places they could improve

Managed to win from my £10 bet, so here are all the catches.
You must wager £300 from your free £10
If you play BJ like me only 33% of the wager counts towards paying the wager so roughly i had to play through £900.
You can only cash out with £100 min/max.
I met the requirements of the wager but only had £80, so i had to gamble some more to reach £100.
Then i found out you must actually reach £110, because the free £10 is not claimable, its a bonus.
Then, once i finally reached £110 i had to make a min deposit of £20, then i could withdraw the £100, let that process, then you can take your cash back or play with it.
Not enough to get 5 stars, but heck! I somehow got there in the end. :)

I register with titen bet... and lost above 3000$... they never asked anything... my account was fully verified... i send them my passport and bank statement... they said no problem to withdraw... last i deposit 130... and made 450$... i made a withdraw of 250$... but they my withdraw is still pending. I never found good response... their live chat is a $#*!ing system... they say i can't give u specific time... it's other department responsibility... i mailed them several time and didn't get any response... now they are saying your account is under review... totally $#*!ing system...

So this morning i tried to access my account, and my account has been locked due to responsible gambling.
So i finally get through on the phone after hours of trying and they tell me because i opted out of a sister account that my titan bet will also be closed and i cant access it for 5 years!
I had £200 of open bets in this account and when i asked about what happens to them they tell me i have no open bets and no
Funds in my account!
How can big company get away with stealing my money like this?
Is there anything i can do?

They are a scam. They do everything they can not to pay you. They ask you to send your ID to the Philippines. I won't £9900 7 days ago and they still won't process it. AVOID this site at all costs. They are useless and as for their 'customer support'... I'd get more support from a bag of crisps! I'm doing a story on them with the UK national newspapers and reporting them to the gambling commission. DO NOT deposit any money, use a reputable online site. Titan are not one!

Titan bet are a joke opened an account with them let me deposit money in to my account no problem, but when I wanted to withdraw my winnings they wanted proof of age sent to them wait on a minute u let me open an account let me deposit money but when I want to take out my winnings u want of proof of age, surely this should of been done at the very start before a bet was placed they never did pay me the £124 they owe me avoid this bookmaker at all costs joke.

Do not be drawn into the slick design of the Titanbet website and its association with Sheffield Wednesday. Once you are gambling with Titanbet all is good until you attempt a withdrawal at which point you will be asked for several forms of ID, you can still continue to deposit but can not withdraw. This will drag on for months and when I wrote a four page complaint and got but a few lines back. Check on the Gambling Commission site where they are registered under PT Entertainment Limited. If you are after a stress free enjoyable experience, then avoid Titanbet and PT Entertainment Limited. There are far better options out there.

Read the T&C before you sign up or try any of their promotion! I should've read the T&C carefully, but i just skimmed through it because who has the time to read through it carefully the first time right? Basically they had one requirement that i didn't meet because it was buried so deep into the T&C that i must have missed it. They do this so they don't have to reward you, so be careful, i closed my account straight after. Also when closing your account they will try and persuade you to stay with them by offer you better offers however you had to put more money into your account and bet with them so don't be fooled! If you looking for good offers, i would stick to the more known betting sites, they have more and better offers anyway. Hope this help.

I thought i was the only one that is having this problem until i came on here and i saw how badly they have treated people. Titan wont let me withdraw my money, asking me to send clear pictures of my documents in which i did. For the past one week i have been taken pictures and sending it to them like i'm a photographer but still they have been rejecting them. This is really frustrating as i believe they don't care about people. The chat line is not helpful also if you call them they won't pick up, they only reply to emails. I wish i saw this reviews before i signed up with them. My advice to anyone trying to sign up is to read these reviews if you are lucky enough to see them before you get scammed like we did.
