I've always purchased from Tirerack. The extensive reviews by users, ratings, and ability to search by Vehicle make and model are amazing. This helps immensely with my decision making. The UI is very intuitive and easy to navigate, though I wish you had a "Save For Later" button or checkbox next to each tire when the search results are listed. I had to go into each click on each tire and Save For Later on that page.
I absolutely hate the changes you've made to your website since last time I've ordered. For years, it was really easy to just shop by size and have the results in order by price. It doesn't work like that now. It was complicated, a little confusing and just took longer... and this Gen-Xer doesn't like anything making it harder than it used to be. What you had worked. Also, the little window advertising 1.5% off my order popping up seemingly every click at checkout is super annoying.
Tire Rack refused to honor road hazard claim for being 2 days late even though damage event happened in period. Christmas travel prevented reporting it when it happened. Terrible service. Tried to switch me over to sales for new tires after rejecting claim. From now on, I'll buy local with somebody that values relationships.

I purchased $1,100 in tires.They were left at the bottom of the driveway which is about 600 ft long after dark! There is no reason they could not have driven up the driveway as someone was there all day waiting for them. The tires were then stolen and now are refusing to do anything about it other than make me jump through hoops! I highly warn anyone who purchases from these guys, they will steal from you if they get the chance. I want anybody that buys her that these people are complete douchebags. Anyone that would steal from people do not deserve to be in business!

I ordered my tires and opted to pick them up at the DC. After getting my alert that they were ready I arrived at the DC and called per the instructions. I waited a bit. I saw someone come out on a walkie rider. He came out unloaded the tires onto the pavement and left. Not bothering to ask whether I wanted them loaded in the hatch or anything. The pandemic is a great excuse for subpar service. Thanks!
I purchased a tire here and did not realize buying a tire wouldn't be enough and there would be more costs and more days without a car from having to buy a wheel and get it installed. This was frustrating, but my main complaint comes from their customer service. I left my thoughts on a customer survey and received a very rude and condescending email back stating my problems were my own fault, when THEY are the ones who asked for my thoughts with the survey only to be met with the rudest response. I have since looked online and have found three other reviews stating the exact thing that they are which is: MISLEADING. There are so many aspects to how this website works and takes your money without describing the clear intentions or what product you are really getting. Disappointed

I have used your company for years and have always been satisfied. I still made the current purchase from you in spite of the above. I had to use my wife's computer with a Chrome browser.
History of satisfaction with product and choice.
Purchased a Winter/Wheel combo for my vehicle. On the very first test drive, I noticed vibration issues. Had the tires balanced locally and they noted three of the tires were above their normal Road Force limit and that the included hubcentric rings were very poorly fitted. This was done out of pocket.
Tire Rack would only send new hubcentric rings and would not do anything for the high road force measurement unless I provided actual numbers. So I had it balanced again and provided those numbers (again, out of pocket).
Tire Rack then shipped replacement Tires only. This did not resolve the issue and some of the remaining tires still had very high road force balance numbers (third time out of pocket).
Tire Rack indicated that they now needed detailed rim runout measurements to progress further, something that I presumably would need to complete out of pocket once again.
The above experience is unacceptable.

Tirerack, Nationsafe Driving (insurance company for tire warranties regarding road hazard) and Continental Tires all gave excuses to not honor the alleged outstanding tire warranty. 2 of my 4 very expensive and defective Continental tires disintegrated to no tread and bare metal fibers within three days-not vehicle defect. Don't pay more $ for worthless warranties/marketing on overpriced "name brand" tires from Tirerack. There are plenty of new tire companies with outstanding products available.

DO NOT PURCHASE CONTINENTAL TIRES AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TIRERACK. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND WILL HAVE WASTED $.

Tire Rack took 4 weeks to ship my (incorrect) product, and have now taken almost another 4 weeks to try and refund me. However instead of refunding me, they've now charged me AGAIN. Worst customer experience I have ever witnessed. Disgraceful.

Called tire rack to get tires for my wife birthday, they assured they would be a exact replacement for my factory wheels, tried to put them on last Wed. I can get two lugs to line up out of five wrong, wrong wrong wheels. Now tire rack wants me to pay for shipping and restocking fee because of their mistake, SHAME ON TIRE RACK OWN YOUR MISTAKES. I will be contacting Indiana state attorney General Monday.and will be going on all reviews and telling people the truth about tire rack and how they treat seniors.

I purchased Goodyear tires and wheels had them shipped to Firestone when I pick them up and got home I noticed one of the wheels had gashes on it I called Tire Rack to let them know they told me they Could not do anything about it because they do not know if it got damaged during shipping or from the installation. Very unhappy I will not buy from them again all they offered to do was give me a discount I will not be buying from them again ever
My son bought a set of tires March 2023 received them in April. Last week while driving home he heard a noise pulled over and discovered of his tires had separated I mean about 2 or 3 inches of tire on the top of his rim the rest at the bottom ( I know it sounds weird but I have never seen anything like this before) He bought a warranty but in order to get reimbursed he has to buy a new tire, I feel like shouldn't have to buy a new one just send him a new one, but then I don't trust the remaining 3 tires so maybe it's for the best. Be careful when purchasing tires online because we don't know how long these tires have set up are they really brand new?

Pretty straight forward, I ordered tires using their websites sizing guide. I picked up the tires, got to the service center to have them installed and was told they won't fit. Called Tire Rack and they said that's my problem because I should have known which tires fit. Even though I used their size guide.

Ordered spring set H&R. Picked the combo for my car. Installed the front springs, when started to install rear realized that rear springs are different. Website should have been more clear to show that same car could have different combo. Called customer service, after 4 days they told me that i would have to pay extra for getting rear springs. I agreed and paid the extra charge. The next day they called and told me they could not do it.
Horrible experience. Told to pick up and when I got there was told it would be longer than an hour to have someone take the 3 minutes required to push a set of 4 tires/wheels into my truck bed. When I called and cancelled my order, someone contacted me that I could come back again to experience some horrific wait and get a 50$ gift card for a mythical future purchase.
Horrible customer service experience with lots of folks contacting me to do nothing and then offer me some piddly future discount for wasting hours of my time.
I had purchased here before, but never again. In the end, I found a better deal elsewhere that saved me hundreds of $ and had people who understand customer service.
I actually was going to buy the tirerack recommended products which were hundreds of dollars more than the cheapest price, because I thought they could be trusted.

Tires weren't delivered on time. I understand this happens. I asked for the install charge to be waived when I spoke to the Tire Rack rep on the phone. She couldn't. Which I understand, but what bothered me was that I felt she just didn't care. Not much empathy at all. A simple genuine "we're" sorry would have helped.

Scheduling tire install on a Sunday - your system algorithm is broken. It said "no delivery to my area" which was wrong. I had to schedule Monday, the. It worked. Delivery man Brian was awesome. Professional, nice and careful. An asset to Tire Rack. That type of service keeps me coming back. I've bought a lot now from tire rack.

This business lied to me about warranty coverage and when I brought to their attention I was told I made up a story and never spoke with customer service because they had no record of the conversation. Some how their customer service is allowed to tell me one thing and as I am not an expert nor know the rules like you would expect a business to provide with customer service I get misled and think I will be reimbursed because this company told me I would be. And it's not their problem! Please deal with someone else because a big company shouldn't be allowed to treat customer this way!

Shopped here to save a little money. The only thing worse than the advise I received from the sales folks/"experts" was the customer service after my purchase. Choosing Tire Rack ultimately cost me money. They don't have to care about you and it shows.

Bought a nice used car with snow tires on it. Went to tirerack.com to buy Tires, wheels, and TPMS sensors. Recommend wheels, the hub caps don't fit and the TPMS sensors are not being recognized by the car or not installed. This was a horrible experience ordering from these guys. My mechanic confirmed and I told him not do any work, as this is the responsibility of Tire Rack to get it right.

I purchased a set of 4 tires here Sept 2020. One year later, they're all dry rotted. Tire rack has every excuse in the book as to why they can't warranty the dry rotted tires they sent me. Liz asked me to leave the truck on a lift, and send the tires back. And wait to hear from them with no car! I'm going to spend another 1059$ on new tires somewhere else. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT TIRE RACK AGAIN!
