The chat function on the website works pretty well, I was generally able to get answers to my questions very quickly. I wish that they had had load rating information in the specs though so that I didn't need to chat for that.

My only two complaints are minor -

1) They mark up the Tesla tire pressure sensors by $20. I would have appreciated if they just passed that through at cost in the context of a nearly $1,000 order
2) It always feels icky to me how their sales people ask me to go out of my way to specifically them out over their coworkers when I'm ready to place my order. I wish they would switch to an internally cooperative instead of competitive compensation model, b/c this should not be my problem and does not deserve my time or attention.

I received my tires as expected from the chosen location it was shipped to. Problem was the location I chose had different hrs than the tire rack site which I'd say was because covid but I have to blame tire rack because I had to find another reputable installer which kind of worked out because now I'm getting my tires installed sooner which makes things better I'd say next time around definitely call before making my order for available install times and dates.

Got a little confused on the mobile installer wording, but a quick chat with Gus clarified everything.my installer was pleasant and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and never seemed annoyed that were asking them. Not having to take time off work for the installation, the convenience of it, was the best part.

The address entered was incorrect. A quick call corrected it.

I ordered and received my wheels / tires in 2 days (mainland->Hawaii)
Unfortunately, wheels didn't fit on front of vehicle (upgrade brakes) but that isn't tire racks fault. The Porsche dealer also said they would fit:-/
Anyway, I'll likely need to return and order another set, but thus far experience has been great.

So far so good... haven't resolved issue yet, but wow they are fast!

PayPal seemed to insist on using billing address from TireRack input as shipping address so I had to go another payment route.

VERY FAST delivery especially considering recent shipping delays with other orders coming by the 3 main shipping companies.

First time using TireRack.Com and the process was as easy as it gets. Next hurdle is the installation. If that is as easy, I will be using TireRack.Com for every tire purchase.

Tires were delivered ahead of schedule

Installer did not have the time reserved on tirerack web page. Information was incorrectly entered by tirerack making it difficult for the installer to connect me with the tires. After waiting a full day the tires were installed and ride well.

No worries... with this, my third tire purchase through Tire Rack, all is good.

I've got nothing to complain about.

Tires were good quality at a great price. The ones I specifically needed were a little higher then what I expected to pay. Seeing how the 2 year road hazard came with the tires make it really reasonable. During ordering, seeing teh install prices was really helpful. Shipping to the installers was super quick. Tires got there before I did.

I have purchased tires in the past. Site works well and has tools to help decision making. Tires are usually delivered on time. This time a day late. Personal chat always helpful.

Impossible to reach by phone. Website crashed while ordering on 2 different pages. Shipping and installation were both flawless. Good communication between purchase and installation times.

I like tire rack a lot. I have ordered 3 different times and been pleased with their quick shipping. However, all 3 times, the installer tried or succeeded in charging more than the amount they state in the "price guarantee". No, these aren't disposal fees or a similar charge; the installers are over charging on the mounting and balancing piece.

Spent hours on the website trying to pick out a wheel set up. It is nice that I can see the wheel on the car. It made it easier to pick one out.

When in the shop it was easy to load and I had help. Very quick and easy. I asked a question about the order and I had one gentleman be snotty like I was bothering him. I had a different person help me out and make sure the order was correct.

Tied to save some money and satisfy my wife with quick and quality product. I found a really good deal on tires that I was looking for but the surprising over night delivery turned into 5 days and much discussion I did not want to have with my wife about tires. Over all super satisfied with what I got and when I got it!

Overall, I'm very happy. Local quotes seemed super overpriced and was happy to see that I could save money via tire rack. Having the free mounting + TPMS install + balancing was huge.

Some of the tires were scuffed on the sides. Photos attached. Ultimately these seemed to be cosmetic and I doubt it will have any functional effect.

One other bit was that I was very overwhelmed with the wheel selection. I had 400+ rim options to choose from with various offset values. I tried doing research but couldn't find any definitive answers as far as how much the offset matters. Ultimately I went with the same offset that the stock wheels have to be safe but that significantly reduced the options. If I had really cared I would have called though to ask so that's on me for not doing

Great Selection. Reasonable prices. After reciving an order confirmation there was an issue processing the credit card payment. I recived a call from a lovely TireRack representative who was able to clear up the matter, however, it did delay the delivery of my tire. Otherwise, Five Star Company!

I'm sure customers would prefer that when two tires are shipped tied together with tie wraps that the insides of the tires (where the tires have an "inside" and an "outside" mounting instruction on the tire) be mated together so the outsides do not arrive in a "chafed" condition. This would be cosmetically preferable. Otherwise satisfied. Thank you.

The installer didn't notify me that my tires had arrived, as they had in the past. The installation price was slightly higher than the amount noted by Tire Rack. The installer was incredibly slow, having taken just short of 3 hours to install 4 tires. There were no problems noted and the store was not overly busy. My car went on the rack about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time so there was nothing in front of it to cause the delay. They appear to have new management compared to my prior visits. Very slow. Not overly friendly.

The site was easy to use and finding the product a breeze. I only have one suggestion, do a better job of recommending accessories like lug nuts and center caps instead of so much concern over an installer. I know I'm buying tires & wheels and they will need to be installed by someone but the right size lug nuts etc is much more important because the installers (including DYI) don't normally have much of a selection and have to be ordered which delayed the installation of the tires & wheels.

The whole ordering and shipping was seamless. I haven't unpacked and checked all tires, because it will be still a few days before we make arrangements to have the tires installed on my daughters car for Christmas. So its difficult to finish my survey. But its been a very good experience as well as with the local tire store. Very happy so far!
