The chat function on the website works pretty well, I was generally able to get answers to my questions very quickly. I wish that they had had load rating information in the specs though so that I didn't need to chat for that.
My only two complaints are minor -
1) They mark up the Tesla tire pressure sensors by $20. I would have appreciated if they just passed that through at cost in the context of a nearly $1,000 order
2) It always feels icky to me how their sales people ask me to go out of my way to specifically them out over their coworkers when I'm ready to place my order. I wish they would switch to an internally cooperative instead of competitive compensation model, b/c this should not be my problem and does not deserve my time or attention.
