The tires I needed for my car were easy to find, we're on sale, and I saved money picking them up from the wear house. The contactless pickup was done expeditiously and effortlessly. You just drive up, open the lift gate, and they do the rest.

Everything went well with my purchase from tire rack. The website was easy to use. I use one of the recommended auto centers called Arlington Auto and Tire where my experience went down hill after finding at 6pm after leaving the center that my tires was installed backwards. Front tire on the back and back on the front. Disaster. I had to call out of work to have them installed properly. Most horrible work I have seen. My rims still was dirty after they fixed the install and yes I still paid and wasn't compensated at all. So inconvenience over and over again.
Just order, 2 days latter the tires are at my home!
Have not received a copy of my order. Have also not received any info on the special rebate which was supposed to attach to purchases of Goodrich tires. Not at all satisfied with either of those shortcomings.

The whole ordering and shipping was seamless. I haven't unpacked and checked all tires, because it will be still a few days before we make arrangements to have the tires installed on my daughters car for Christmas. So its difficult to finish my survey. But its been a very good experience as well as with the local tire store. Very happy so far!

We ordered Michelin Defender tires and the price was the same no matter what website we bought from so we decided to buy from Tire Rack because of the free warranty. We have bought tires from eBay and Simple Tire and ALWAYS the manufactured date was within 6 months or less. The tires we received from Tire Rack were manufactured in week 47 of 2019 which is over a year old. We called customer service and they said to return them and pay the freight. What kind of answer is that? I expected either they pay the return shipping and send us newer tires or at least offer us a credit of the price. Neither. Needless to say we will not order from them again unless I do it over the phone and they guarantee us tires that are not a year old.
