All was fine except for the Firestone shop that I selected for the install. I am definitely using another shop in the future.
I drove up. I called the warehouse. A gentle took my info. He said that the tires would be right out. Minutes later they were loaded, by the Tire Rack employee, in my car and I was on my way.

Tires & Wheels look great. Ordered with tires to be delivered to installer. Set up install appointment one day after delivery to be safe, but tires did not get to the installer on the promised day. Showed up a day later, so I recommend checking with the installer before showing up.
