Ordered 5 tires late on a Friday. They didn't ship until the following Monday. I had all 5 tires on Tuesday the day after they shipped!
I placed an order for two tires for my Rubicon. Within two hours I received a call from a salesman from your company. He explained that the tires I had selected were not the best fit with the existing tires on my Jeep. I suspected that he was trying to bump up the price of my purchase. To my astonishment, he told me that he could sell me a better tire for my application for much less money. I thought "who does that?" The tires arrived at my home the next morning. Your salesman and the ungodly fast delivery has made me a customer of yours for life.

Tires were purchased fully available with a promised delivery date and installation provided by Tire Rack's wholely owned subsidiary, ASAP Tire. Unfortunately, the tires were not shipped on time and missed the delivery schedule. When I noticed they had not moved timely bases on the tracking information, I called into customer service and was treated poorly, repeatedly assured as there was not even the possibility of a timing issue, basically what was my problem, told this is how this works, if you haven't been contacted by ASAP that there is an issue, there is no issue. Of course, scheduling potentially could have been dealt with, but no matter, I was repeatedly assured not to bother. I left a voice mail with ASAP customer service nevertheless, which received no response Not surprisingly, the tires didn't make it and once ASAP did call the following day, they didn't have any availability for days. So much for ASAP, what's in a name, anyway. The tires did get installed and the installer was professional. The dispatch map function was useless. I received the text message notice saying the arrival was scheduled for 3 PM (as expected) at about 2:30. Map never updated. Installer arrived at about 2:40. So much for notice, but I'll take early rather than late. All in all, I'll be going back to purchase and quality attention from the local warehouse clubs or tire specialists. I thought buying from tire rack almost 20 years ago when they were an upstart that it might be worth trying again but too many people in the customer care of both the mother ship and subsidiary couldn't live up to customer care. Such a shame.
Initiated my search on tire rack and the whole process through the installation of the tires was smooth. Bought the tires, read up on specs and reviews, shipped them to a trusted installer, and managed to have them on my vehicle within 3 hours.
The weights fell off during shipment. Thinking I was going to be able to throw them on my car right away was disappointing when I saw weights stock to the cardboard the wheels came protected in.
Super easy to go and pick up for a huge cost savings!

All went very smooth with delivery to the chevrolet dealer in Sarasota. Scheduled to be installed 2 February so I haven't seen the order at this time. To date everything went very smoothly and the rep (Tanner) that contacted me requesting a POC at the dealer was icing on the cake. Would highly recommend your company and service
