I have purchased winter tires and had them installed at the headquarters. I have also had a set of other tires sent to an installer and installed... this is a bit of a hassle, but I have done it.

First time Tire Rack installer came, he did not have the tires on his truck. Confusion between scheduler and driver.
Second attempt to set up appointment, I found out my order had ben CANCELLED because the tires sat in store with out being installed.
